This was hands down one of the most frustrating hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. The hotel was fully booked, yet it was clearly not equipped or managed to handle the capacity — and the staff made zero effort to fix any of it.
Let’s start with cleanliness: the lounge was still dirty at 11 PM, with crumbs and pieces of bread from the morning still on the floor. The area around the coffee machine looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day. On top of that, the hot water machine wasn’t working, which created absolute chaos at breakfast.
With over 70 people needing hot water for coffee or tea, we were all forced to line up to use a single microwave. Everyone was taking around 65–70 seconds, which meant if you were at the back of the line, you’d be waiting nearly an hour — just to heat water! If you dared to step away to grab breakfast while waiting, you had to go to the back of the line again. Total disaster.
When I politely brought this up to a staff member, I was met with a rude, dismissive response: "I’m doing what I can — you need to manage it." Seriously? That’s not how you talk to guests.
Before we checked out, I spoke with the manager directly to raise concerns about the dirty conditions and the chaotic breakfast situation. His response? You can talk to the higher manager — I can’t do anything about it." Absolutely shocking. No accountability, no apology, no solution.
