First and foremost the customer service was Amazingly spot on, the room and the view is just breathtaking, I loved everything about the hotel. 10/10 I would say.

All the staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Would have like a steamer in the room. Ice machine would also help and water refill on each floor. Minor inconveniences because the rest of the stay was perfect.

Breakfast harassment
I would like to express my profound dissatisfaction with an incident that occurred during breakfast during the last day of my stay. Despite providing my room number and name to the waiter upon arrival, I was subsequently approached at my table and subjected to an unwarranted lecture on the proper check-in procedure.
The waiter's tone and line of questioning were accusatory and highly unprofessional. He specifically asked, "Do you always come here and just eat?" implying that I had attempted to dine without proper authorization. I promptly reiterated that I always provide my room number and name, as is standard practice.
Given Citizen M's emphasis on technology, I strongly recommend implementing a more efficient and less confrontational system for breakfast verification. Utilizing technology to confirm guest eligibility would not only streamline the process but also prevent future instances of guest harassment.
