Absolutely LOVED this place, I would definately come back! Probably one of the best breakfast options I've ever seen at a hotel. So many options and everyone is super friendly and accommodating. Even the employees that work at the bar near the pool.

Absolutely beautiful location, easy walking distance from the train station. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was lovely and the views are absolutely breathtaking. The swimming pools were clean and the surrounding area was also clean and comfortable with lovely sun loungers. The place was wonderfully quiet and the surrounding town is beautiful with a small selection of restaurants and bike and boat hire

Vue magnifique sur le lac
Nous sommes venus pour la deuxième année consécutive dans cet hôtel et tout est toujours aussi agréable. Nous apprécions plus particulièrement sa proximité avec le lac, la piscine privative, le confort de la chambre et le petit déjeuner de qualité et très varié.

Abandoned stay
The bed was so hard that we left the hotel two days early. We had terrible nights sleep in the lead up to leaving. We raised this with management at the time and they advised there was nothing they could do. We followed up with an email but they didn’t bother to respond. Hotel was otherwise ok. It’s quite expensive for what it is but it is summer time on Lakke Como so you will pay a premium. Read the other reviews about the pools and the ‘adults only’ nature of the hotel.

Schönes, gut gelegenes Hotel. Ausgesprochen freundliches Personal! Reichhaltiges und gutes Frühstück. Essen im Restaurant sehr gut. Preis-Leistung stimmt. Ruhige Umgebung und Zentrum schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Sauberkeit der Zimmer. Fähranleger in der Nähe. In 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und somit guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. - Outdoormöbel (Pavillon&Terrasse) durch die hohe Benutzung schon ziemlich fleckig oder voll von Spinnenweben. Einzelne lose Holzlatten am Poolbereich. Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel, in dem man sich wegen des netten Personals absolut willkommen fühlt. Selbst die Minuspunkte sind lediglich Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Lovely hotel with stunning views and great locatio
Lovely hotel modern and clean. Great position on the lake with fantastic views. Staff were wonder and friendly would highly recommend. Only point would like to make is main pool open to public which was no issue for us but if you want Adult only as per listing this is not entirely the case as there will be families with children there in the main pool during the day. Second pool has lovely cabanas and jacuzzi features. Again lovely place would highly recommend and we would definitely go back - best spot on lake Como. Food in the restaurant was also top notch.
