Spacious room but needs some attention

This place met our needs. Rooms are big and comfortable enough. Small beds though. Location is convenient. There are a lot of homeless people that stay in the square outside the Guy-Favreau complex which is immediately adjacent to the hotel entrance. The room we were in was a bit run down… Scuffs all over the walls, one chair missing a screw so the arm falls off, a hinge is off the door to the washer/dryer so the door scrapes along the floor and has dented it, the tiles in the bathroom aren’t stable, and I think there may be a water leak from the shower that shows up with moisture in between the bedroom floorboards. One window is sealed with paper towel which is weird. The check-in process was easy and the location is very walkable to Old Montreal and the port. There is very easy transit or bike share access close by and a supermarket too which was nice.

Modern luxury condo with affordable price

Walking distance to anywhere. Great location! The room is spacious with modern design! Well priced! Only side part was the response from the property, I asked for additional glass wine but they never responded. No one presented at the reception at no time. Rather than that, will definitely choose them to stay next time!

Not a family place

Totally renovated place, nicely done, smells still like paint. Dicey Neighborhood. Apartment is right over the street (2nd floor) with no privacy when blinds are open. Not very functional, only one small hanger for towel in bathroom, no place for cloth except a rack. Definitively not a family place

Wrong Wifi code - no internet access

I was using sleeping here for business. I needed internet to send files to a clients . The provided Wifi code was not working. There is no way to communicate with anyone. When you are there you are ON YOUR OWN. There is nobody to contact if you need assistance qith something in the unit.

La première nuit, je me suis fait réveiller à 4:00 par des grands cris, portes qui claquent et autres bruits louches. C’était vraiment effrayant! Aucune réception ici alors j’ai attendu que ça passe. J’ai pensé appeler la police… à mon avis c’est une autre chambre près de la mienne. Ça a duré presque deux heures… Je ne me suis pas sentie en sécurité lors de mon séjour

This should not be listed on Expedia. There is no front desk...just a chair in a hallway where I'm sure nobody has ever sat. I had to call a number several times before reaching someone to request a refund due to the misrepresentation of the building and the room (smelled of urine and smoke) and I was told that some had just inspected the room and it was perfectly fine. I was in the the room the entire time and nobody came to inspect - I was outright lied to. The terrible customer service was unbelievable. I stayed elsewhere and I suspect I will never get my money back because this is a scam.

We really wanted to like it here. However, a couple of things happened during our 2 night stay here that we wouldn't be coming back for sure: 1. First night we got there, the shower room ceiling was raining water from upstairs. Like literally as if someone open a drain on the ceiling. We contacted the number for the hotel, but only got the voicemail. The water was dripping on and off through the night and no one took a shower. Worst thing is, no one from management or anyone ever came over to check or offer a change of room. We were simply on our own there. 2. 2nd day we were there, the electricity was shut off from 9am to around 4pm that afternoon due to a construction outside. I mean, the hotel must know about it but decided to keep it from the guests because the hotel didn't want to loose booking. Anyway, we bought a bunch of stuff that were in the fridge which went bad, couldn't make coffee in the morning since its electric stove. 3. The area surrounding the hotel has a homeless enclave. People living in tents were literally right outside the building. We saw a homeless person literally had her pants down peeing right outside our window. 4. Really, just the lack of communication, lack of help and lack of care from the hotel and management that really made the stay bad!
