Was great for us

We had a family room, which it turned out we didn't need as some guests had cancelled, but we were glad for the extra space. It was on the top floor and had a loft area with a skylight, which was cool. We didn't try the breakfasts so can't speak to that. The customer service was great. Downside was that the lift didn't actually go all the way to the top floor (not a big deal, but you should be aware), one of the beds (that we didn't use) seemed a little jenky, and parts of the carpet looked like they'd had some staining/spillage in the past that I chose to overlook. Location was in a quieter part of Paris, but still enough going on and close enough to get where you want to go.

Isolation sonore très insuffisante

Si la chambre est très bien, confortable, oubliez au moins la chambre 116. On entend l'étage du dessus avec une sol qui grince. Ça a duré trois heures. Pourtant au dessus, ils ne faisaient pas la fête, ils ne sautaient pas, ils marchaient... J'étais venu pour me reposer, pas possible

Chambre petite mais propre et fonctionnelle. Ascenseur et bagagerie ✅ Accès du métro 13 Gaîté ou Pernety 👍 Large choix de restaurants, boulangeries, cafés dans la rue de l’hôtel. Laverie juste en face de l’hôtel. Salle de pdj petite mais bcp de choix, je pensais qu’on n’y mangerait pas, finalement on y a été tous les matins. Café, thé, sirop, fontaine eau et parapluies en accès libre: fortement apprécié! Équipe réception, salle et étage professionnelle et disponible

Enjoyed our stay here, it was a little bit dated decor but clean, the room was small but made good use of the space. Reception staff were very friendly. Ideally situated close to the underground, really easy to get around whilst being in a quiet area.

Très bon emplacement, proche de la gare Montparnasse. Hôtel cosy et chic. Design de la chambre zen. Climatisation appréciable. Petit salon d'accueil douillet comme à la maison. Très belle expérience.

Paris Hotel

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Pillows were very thick and uncomfortable. The beds were very comfortable (not too hard or soft). There was an odd odor coming into our room. Shower had great water pressure. The location is great for walking around the area and getting to the train.
