The view from the back patio was amazing! The lady that met us to show check us in was nice. The room was tiny, which we expected. The decor was not pleasing, the bed was up on some blocks. The shower never got warm, much less hot. I couldnt find a plug in the bathroom for the hairdryer. A little updating and could be back to its glory. If you go in knowing this it could be ok. We were just sleeping in it not spending much time in it so it was ok.

A great little gem in a convenient location
An incredible gem in a prime location. The hotel itself is outdated and simple, providing bare bones necessity items. Certainly, not a luxury hotel for sure however, ample large common area with the potential for a kitchen/eatery. One side faces the ocean and the other side is right at the very beginningof Isla Verde Beach. For those who enjoy gambling and the grand lobby of the El San Juan hotel, and casino, this hotel is only a 10 minute walk away. There are only about five dedicated parking spots on the property and if you don’t get one, you will need to park on the street.

Worth it for the view
Couldnt check in, no office to enter, everything was behind a locked gate. Took another guest asking me if i needed help. Toilet didnt flush, tried to fix it, took lid off tank and the flush valve was held together with a safety pin. But they do have good views, and other guests were friendly. Saw sunrise and sunset from the hotel. Not much dining nearby. AC was coooold when i arrived.

Although the area with oceans views was nice but the room was far from adequate. Very small bed uncomfortable and the parking was horrible. Getting there was a maze. They gave us recommendations whee to eat got food poisoning. Metropolis worth food ever. I was bought up on the island and what they served us was so gross. I do not recommend that place at all. Paint chips flaking on the walls the refrigerator outside pealing like wall paper. Rust on every corner of the room. I have pictures if interested.

This is a diamond in the rough, perfectly located between two beautiful beaches. Jamila was very helpful we arrived really early and she was able to get us into a nice room so we could go explore. Minutes from Main Street and the casino we only took an Uber one time to visit La Playita. Breakfast was decent the room was very clean. I will stay here again next time I visit.

I liked the proximity to both beaches (5 mins for one and across the street for the other). Good eateries in walking distance. The rooms need to be updated. The bathroom kept the smell of wet clothes in the duration of my stay, which I wasn’t a fan. Please get updated sheets; I’m sure the hotel makes enough to purchase new sheets vs having ones that are from the early 2000s. The bed was comfy though. Staff were all nice and welcoming 10/10 for them. The “continental” breakfast could use a HUGE upgrade. I don’t mind the dogs on the property, I actually like them, but clean up after them if they are to be there. Also, the sockets in my room were ALL extremely loose. I had to maneuver the cords to make sure my devices kept charged. Also, why is the property restaurant not opened as advertised.
