The worst hotel service i ever experienced before.
-I booked for this hotel and send message to them through Hotels.com messenger for the hotel shuttle bus, they didn't reply at all. I need to directly call them, the frontdesk lady got my call but her english and attitude was really bad and she cannot answer my simple question but keep making problem.
-my room was no wifi. i need to directly request them and afterthat a stuff came into my room with a router and install it.it used around 20 minutes to fix it and we felt totally wasting and disturbing our private time in our room.
-we ask the frontdesk to ensure the time for hot air balloon rising. finally they told the wrong time which is later than the real rising time. we trust the stuff but at the end we miss the balloon rising time. At the end when we check out, the manager came for an apology, but we didn't feel any honesty and sincerity from him at all.
At first when we booked the hotel, they says "We are giving you a magical staying in Cappadocia", and at last i felt that is a SARCASM.
In conclusion, the only good thing is they can let us early check in. We stayed for a night only but we already tasted lots of bad and unprofessional service and attitude, so we totally won't recommend others stay in this hotel when coming to Cappadocia.
Hope this hotel really can think about it and keep improve yourself.
