Modern decor but poor service
The decor and theme is similar to boutique hotels, in that the rooms are contemporary and minimalistic, however the service from the management and the facilities are very poor and the opposite of what one expects from boutique hotels. We requested in advance for a double bed and they forgot to arrange it. Our room had no signal for wi-fi (even though it's supposedly included). The toilet seat cover was broken. We asked for room service and after transfering us 4 times they weren't sure if that can be arranged (even though they have 2 restaurants in their premises). We requested basic amenities (e.g. toothpaste) and they didn't have any. We asked for a late check-out and they promised to call us back to confirm but never did. Generally, we would not recommend a place with such poor service.

The room was very comfortable but the Bathroom decor was a little tired anc the taps and shower were difficult to regulate also the veranda table was broken the top had come unstuck, our room was no 208 all else was ok

Could of done better
When we went to room it was full of mosquitos so had to buy some spray but local shop did not have any so had to go else where my husband killed about 30 before I would go in the room. This must be a problem as we noticed dead bodies squashed all over walls so obviously the cleaners are not doing such a great job. MAybe the cleaners should spray before next people come in or leave a can of spray . we agree the gardens are lovely but we think this is where the mossies are comming from

Never again
I regret to say that although this used to be a nice place for holidays, somehow now it is not!! The rooms and premises were dirty and the management does not do anything to maintain the hotel in a good condition.

Good, but service terrible.
It was a good stay, but administration couldnt find my booking this time and had to wait 3 hours to get a room, in the meantime we were given vouchers to have lunch. The restaraunt took an hour to bring our food and it when it arrived, the wrong food was given to us because the chef apparently was new and 'couldnt speak english'.

Not value for money
This suites are not value for money. The building is very old and everything inside is in a bud condition. Is not actual like the pictures. The sheets are dirty and the towels in a but condition. Not enough staff and not organize. I payed €235 for one night but the actual value is €40 .People ( not resident ) are coming from morning and they keep the sunbed at swimming pool and and resident are with out sunbeds .

Room not as advertised
The room was not at all as advertised. I booked a Junior Suite and swear I got a double. The listing said it included a Sofa bed/spacious seating area and there was none. We brought a friend with us based on the fact the room hosted 3/had a sofa bed and since there was none we had to squish a small cot for her in the already small room. We called the front desk to ask where the sofa/bed seating area was and the simply said they couldn't switch our room as they were fully booked. Regardless how full they are we should get the items advertised in our room. They offered no apologies or compensation (breakfast, discount, etc) for the inconvenience.

Terrible experience
Went to check in and needed 20 mins until the lady achieved to do it. Went into the room and first impression were 2 cockroaches and dirty and stinky room. Came in from back door because could not find front door. Went out from main door and the place was stinking and was very dirty! Woke up in the morning and did not have hot water to shower and toilet was very dirty from the inside. Decided to ckeck out early and needed 45 for the lady to check us out (same lady from check in) and did not know if our payment was processed or not. It was not worth a penny spend and I cannot believe as a cypriot that this hotel is rated as 5 stars. Another lady next to us at check out was also very disappointed and left earlier than she wanted with her family due to dirty rooms and dangerous swimming pool facilities for her children.

Inte helt Ok
Hotellet har varit riktigt fint men har inte renoverats de senaste åren så nu är golvet runt poolen trasigt och duken i poolen färgar av sig även filter och lampor i poolen har lossnat. Hotell personalen går in på rummet och lämnar lappar, städerskan har inte lyckats stänga/låsa våran dörr på hela veckan. Annars var maten helt okej men inte 4stjärnigt. Stranden superbra.vägen går alldeles intill hotellet så väldigt högljutt nattetid.

Not So nice, a little overrated
We were a group of 4 couples, booked at So Nice because the photos looked, well, So nice :) We arrived early so the rooms were not ready, so we had to wait and we were offered "fresh" orange juice which was not fresh. I asked for a glass of water which never came. The resort is ok, reception staff are friendly and helpful, although not So much; P.S: Good grooming is essential when you are a customer facing employee and they all lacked that. The rooms were ok, not neat. But it's a beach resort not a palace, so ok.. however not one bottle of water was available. Amenities are by l'Occitane which is an advantage, however they did not get us new bottles until we requested it. My husband and I were on our honeymoon, and mentionned it in our booking. Instead of the expected bottle of Champagne (yes we were aiming high, but sparkling wine would have done the trick), our sofa bed was prepared for a third guest!! We had brought our own champagne bottles for a ceremonial toasting after our wedding, and were not charged the corking fee; it makes up for the point above ;) The hotel is located in a sort of "jungle" so one of our friends was visited by crawling insects; better keep the windows closed. The hotel referred us to a "ATV" rental agency which is probably the worst in Agiya Napa, we wasted so much time on break-downs. We tried many a time to order ice cubes and extra towels to the rooms but they too never arrived.

amazing hotel and service
i stayed with my daughter fror for 3 nights from the 5th to the 9th August 2013what can i say . The staff were incredible , the rooms amazing and the pool areas incredible as was beach.. Onsite restaurants were brilliant , amazing breakfast buffets , also beach club and sushi restaurant sublime Ten out of Ten . Definitely going back soon

Trendiges Hotel, sehr netter Service
Der Aufenthalt im So Nice Boutique Hotel hat uns sehr gefallen. Auch weil wir nach 3 Naechte ins So White transferiert wurden und ein tolles grosses Zimmer hatten. Das Hotel ist ein 5 Sterne Hotel in Zypern, man darf nicht die gleiche Servicequalitaet von einem 5 Sterne Hotel in der Schweiz erwarten. Die Mitarbeiter sind aber alle sehr nett und zuvorkommend und helfen gerne bei jedem Problem weiter. Die Sauberkeit ist OK, aber auch hier nicht mit einem 5 Sterne Hotel in der CH vergleichbar. Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht schlecht, man hat zwar keine Sicht auf das Meer aber der Strand ist ein paar 100m weiter und den beruehmten Nissi Beach kann man auch in 15 min. zu Fuss erreichen. Die Hotelanlage So White, der andere Fluegel des Hotels ist sehr chic und das Swimmingpool und die Bar sehr trendy. Was uns auch gefallen hat ist dass es trotz der trendigen Umgebung auch mit Kinder sehr angenehm war (7 und 9 Jahre alt). Die Lueftung in den neuen Zimmer ist recht laut und man kann sie nicht abstellen.... das war ein bisschen stoerend. All in allem war es ein sehr toller Aufenthalt und wir empfehlen das Hotel gerne weiter.

Lovely Hotel and staff
Every member of staff was extreamly helpful and polite and all times and where keen to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. The Hotel itself is clean and modern and perfectly situated next to a lovely beach. If i did go back to Ayia Napa I would be more than happy to stay here again.

Cozy hotel with friendly staff - Definitely not 4 or even 3 star. Average quality food.
Small and cozy hotel on a nice beach. Very friendly staff. This is NOT a 4 star hotel, however. The food, while plentiful, was mediocre - mostly tasteless entrees that were greasy and of average quality. Even I could cook better than that! The rooms, while having been upgraded within the last couple of years, were not very clean. Stain on furniture and bedding. The grounds, while maintained, were in no way immaculate. Located in a nice strip of the resort area that is quiet yet conveniently located. While the hotel might be "So Nice" based on Cypriot standards, it left a lot to be desired given the price we paid and the standards that we are used to in North America or other parts of Europe. Pools are nice.
