no any other requirements if you have a car, and just for one night stay. it provides everything: free parking, free wifi, free breakfast.

Comfortable and cost effective
Overall, a very pleasant experience for an overnight stay of that price.
The reception staff were friendly and helpful on my arrival as well as when I had an issue with my car tyre from 9pm to almost 1am- which was greatly appreciated. The lady at reception assured me that there was no issue if i was to have to leave my car for the day even after checkout.
As for the condition of the room, overall this wasn't too bad, it just needs some TLC.
The window frame had a smidge of black mould that you usually get, these would either need to be cleaned every so often or simply replaced.
The bathroom needs a better finish but i put that down to poor tradesmen rather than the hotel itself. But overall the cleanliness of the room was quite pleasing.
Would definitely come here again, just need to remember the electric heater is under the desk.

Freezer like room.
The room was nice and the staff were friendly. The only downer for me was that the room was like a freezer when I arrived around 17:00. I turned the heather on but it was so poor that it didn’t change anything for 3 hours. I then went to reception and asked for another heather to add. I played it in and switched it on but I couldn’t leave it on the touch the night as it was noisy. Since I checked out on the 28th of December, I got back home to London and I am still in bed with a terrible flu.

My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. From the morning, the staff was excessively loud, making it impossible for me to get any sleep. They were constantly slamming doors, and unfortunately, my room was situated directly opposite the staff room. Overall, it was my worst hotel experience.

It’s clean and comfy but no luxuries
The bed is comfy but it doesn’t live up to the IHG standards that I’m used too, the tv had 3 Chanel’s the shower was cold, I asked the staff to add the stays to my app and they haven’t, no biscuits in the room it’s the second time I have stayed in the hope it would be better but sadly not. I ordered a kebab with a naan and it came with white bread without warning

Great venue but could be more hospitable
Perfect venue for our requirements. Clean, tidy and very good value. However certain members of the hotel reception team could be more welcoming on arrival. Just got a stare as if to say what are you doing here. Doesn’t matter what level of hotel you stay at you should always make the guest feel welcome. That said I’d still com back
