Our go to hotel in Loveland

This is our go to hotel when we come to visit family in Loveland. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is always good. The hotel is clean and quiet and there is a walking trail close by that we enjoy using.

Horrible Customer Service

I didn’t even stay here and didn’t get refunded either. I was unable to take this trip due to a death in the family. They refused to refund me even though I gave sufficient time to cancel.

The staff at front desk were not avail both times I needed help. I waited 8 min at check in for someone to show up to counter to help gentleman in front of me and then myself. I even did online check in and still went thru same process at hotel so unsure how convenient the online check in really is. The next morning needed an extra towel again no one at front desk i called the front desk number twice no answer went down hall knocked on staff only door no answer went into kitchen area and 3 staff were in there chatting I asked for help at the front counter then had to wait for her to help 2 others who had been waiting for an unknown amount of time but showed frustration as well all before I could get a towel to shower before memorial services for a family member. This was an inconvenience twice. Staffing your front desk at all times is a big priority. As well as the hot tub wasn't hot it was warm. We were told by a family who frequently visits your hotel she mentioned it to staff the weekend before and it was a little warmer but no where near hot tub temperature. Otherwise beds were great and slept great!

No gathering area/lobby

The room itself was fine. Not the most comfortable bed, a little firm for my liking but not bad. What really bothered us was we were visiting family for a funeral. We wanted to invite a few family members over to visit/play some board games but there's no real lobby area and the front desk agent wouldn't let us use the dining room/breakfast area Because "we just don't do that here." Her solution was telling us to use the outside patio even though it was evening and and getting cold.

Great stay but minor annoying little things.

A very nice hotel. Enjoyed everything except a couple of small issues. They had no butter with breakfast, said they ran out. The hot water in the shower was more like warm, and the drain plug in the shower was not attached, so we had to remove it to drain the tub. Other than that, we enjoyed everything else and would have given 5 stars.
