To begin with, they got our reservation screwed up then they gave us a room. The room was not clean, no towels, melted ice cream in the fridge, fecal matter on the toilet rim. Looks like the cleaning lady grabbed the dirty towels and called it clean. There was also a funny smell in the entrance of the room. The main entry is not wheelchair friendly either. Honestly, won’t stay here again.

There was no A/C in the lobby or hallways. There was still trash in the room, a hole in the mattress, power outlet hanging out of the wall, wifi didn't work, clear evidence of water damage in the shower/tub. Requested a handicap/wheelchair accessible room and did not receive those needed accommodations. Elevator was working upon arrival but then labeled out of service on the second day which was detrimental considering the room was on the second floor. Refused to refund money for the rest of the stay.

The young lady at the front desk was very nice polite and very helpful. She helped me with the questions I needed about finding things in the area. I did not get her name, but she deserves five stars.

The facility is unsanitary and unsafe. The entire building smells like w33d and stale cigarettes. Busted air-conditioning. Damaged door locks. No working smoke alarms.

Broken bathroom doorknob, holes in bedspread (non-smkoking room but holes look like cigarette burns), tv did not work (roku required internet reported to front desk but no one ever came to fix) stayed on 2nd floor hallway windows (both ends of hall) were left open even overnight no screens to stop someone from climbing up and onto the floor and it rained overnight, 2 lamps next to bed only 1 w/a bulb, got up in the middle of the night to go to bathroom and killed 2 roaches.

Staff at desk when ee checked in was very friendly and helpful. But i had to go back fown to front desk bc we had 1 bath towel, 1 washcloth, no hand towels and one lamp was missing a light bulb. The female at the desk when i returned was very aloof and in no hurry to see what i needed. Room was acceptably clean but could have been improved on. Free breakfast was slim pickings but I guess you get what you dont pay for! Bed was comfortable and room was a nice size.

The hotel was run down and the maintenance was done poorly. The carpet had holes and water stains. Television was not working properly, only 1 channel worked, volume was stuck on low. The remote only turned the tv on and off. The bed sheet had a large tear where it tucked under the mattress. The pillow cases had mold stains spots. The light above the vanity was hanging crooked. The staff was excellent!!! They are the only reason I didn’t leave.

We arrived pretty late but there was no one at the front desk. It was not accessible because there was a phone but we’re deaf. The front door is always locked we had to go in or out side doors. The door of the room had to be closed a certain way to make sure it was completely closed. The door’s deadbolt didnt work and the door did not have a door blocker. The bed sheets had a hole in them. They only provided 2 pillows and they did not provide any towels at all. The AC would not turn off. Overall, this was a 1 star hotel not a 2 star hotel, I would put 0 stars but thats not possible.
