We choose Holiday inn express all the time so we know what we will get. This was the worst we have seen very run down. The office chair was covered in some white substance (hopefully glue) the stay was ok seemed clean and no hair on the sheets.

We got on Expedia in the parking lot, booked a room, walked back in and got the key. The hot breakfast was not very good, and the pancake machine was broken. We booked this hotel because it had an indoor hot tub, but it was out of order and wasn’t even filled with water.

We reserved a night at this hotel at 11 pm (we had a family emergency and had to drive late). Once we arrived at the hotel around 1:30 am, we were told they had no room for us and were sold out. It didn’t matter that we had a confirmation number. The entire town was sold out of hotel rooms. We had to drive an additional 1 1/2 hours to get a room. By the time we got there , it was close to 4 am. Horrible experience.
