Slightly Disappointing
I was surprised that the conditon of this Hilton Express hotel was not what I was expecting. It looked like an older hotel that had been refurbished at some point. My refrigerator had been turned off so I had to remove the melted water in the freezer and turn the unit back on so I could use it. The bedside clock did not work. The hand soap and lotion holder in the bathroom almost came off the wall when I tried to use it. The water in the shower came out at half pressure and the tub was quite slippery. The most disappointing was the pool. The bottom of the main pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile. I don’t know if it contained salt or chlorine, although I did not smell any chlorine. I did use the sauna and that was OK. Other than that, the room was clean, the mattress was comfortable and the breakfast was good. I even used the excercise room, which I thought was well appointed. There was coffee and tea in my room and a Keurig coffee machine. There were also many places to plug in my devices. The hotel is close to the airport and has a shuttle. All in all, I would still recommend it, but my rating would not be 5 stars.

Hotel was clean, check in was easy. Room was nice. We had a huge problem using the pool and hot tub. It was taken over by kids, no adult supervision. These kids were mostly under the age of 7. A staff came through multiple times and despite posted rules about no one under of 12 without supervision, never said anything to any adult or child in the pool area. It ruined the getaway for our family.

New years eve getaway
This was our first stay here and we stayed for two nights for the New Years holiday. We are a disabled couple with one of us in a wheelchair and both of us vision impaired. We had a great check in experience, the front desk person helped us find our room and helped us with our luggage. We booked the handicapped accessible room with the roll in shower. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Only small problem with the room was getting the wheelchair past the corner of the bathroom area and into the main area of the room as it was a tight area with the shelving on the other side. In the roll in shower the fold down seat was helpful but since it was cushioned and when getting wet it was hard to stay on the bench. I would suggest a different type of seat for the roll in shower. We utilized the pool area and enjoyed it very much, however since there was a big party there for the holiday there were not enough chairs and tables to sit at in the pool area and someone took the chair we were using at the table and didnt seem to care we needed it. I would suggest more chairs and tables in the pool area. We also took advantage of the great buffet breakfast, it was awesome with a wide variety of hot and cold choices. Since there was a huge party there for the holiday there was a strong smell of weed in the hallway which was very annoying, Overall this was a great stay with some minor annoyances. We would definitely come back another time apart from the New years holiday.

Clean and friendly stay!
ROBERTO at the front desk was amazing! The property was clean, breakfast was hot and the noise level throughout was pleasant. I was surprised they had egg white veggie omelettes and turkey sausage for us who care about this kinda stuff lol

Holiday Disappointment
Stayed here in October and everything was good. Brought my family here in December for 6 days over the holidays. Did not have maid service for 5 days. Had to get our own towels, TP, and ran out of soap. The halls smelled like pot. Was not a good experience. Will not be returning.
