Reservation, check in, and cleanliness was fine. The problem was that cold air coming in under the curtains made sleep difficult to impossible! And the heater was of little use

Close to United Center. Went to Blackhawks game, bad weather came in so we chose this hotel for overnight. Amazing hotel with great amenities. Friendly service for check in. Super clean room. Dont miss out on the breakfast buffet, check the small box on hotel.com for $1.99 under special request for the discount. Not your typical breakfast buffet. Going to come back for a mini Chicago getaway again!!

Security chain on door was missing, couch was stained, parking cost over $50 for the night, and front desk personnel was confused at times.

Hotel excellent but $56.00 for parking not good. So if you room is $96.00 a night and you’re going charge $56.00 to park you need say the cost is really $152.00 a night I would of stayed at a hotel that didn’t charge for parking. Last time I stayed at crown plaza in Chicago parking was free.

Our stay was good except for a couple of thins. Our key card lost it’s programming several times. The desk personnel were very nice about resetting it, but having to go back to the desk in order to ride the elevator or get in the room was inconvenient. The other problem was the bathroom. The bathroom looked clean and spotless, but had a very strong odor of mildew. I never could identify the source of the odor. All employees were exceptionally kind and helpful!
