Dear Hotel Management!!!
I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below the standards that guests should reasonably expect.
First, the staff displayed a highly unprofessional attitude, showing little to no sense of customer service. Their manner of communication gave the impression that we were not valued as paying guests, but rather as if we were staying free of charge.
Furthermore, the room assigned to us was in an unacceptable condition. Not only was it unclean, but it was also not prepared by the official check-in time of 3:00 PM. When this issue was raised, the responsibility was simply shifted onto the housekeeping staff, with the explanation that they had “forgotten” to make the bed and clean the shower. Such an excuse is neither professional nor acceptable.
Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing and does not reflect the level of quality and service one should expect from your establishment. I kindly request that you take this complaint seriously and ensure that corrective measures are taken to prevent similar situations in the future.
