Lovely place to stay!!!
Very clean room and house!! The ladies were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious every morning. The bed was VERY comfortable. My daughter and I have decided this is our first choice for a place to stay in the future.

Amazing hotel!
I highly recommend staying at the Woodstock Inn! It is such a warm and cozy stay. I was in the Greece Room, and it was so beautifully decorated. I had a quick trip into Independence for the night. My flight arrived late, and Sarah was incredibly helpful to make sure that I could easily access my room. I also had an early morning for work before they typically serve breakfast. Sarah so generously prepared a breakfast ahead of time and left it for me in the refrigerator. The service was incredible.

Not worth it if you have an early departure
We stayed here one night due to close proximity to Arrowhead arena. Sarah was kind enough to call us for an estimated time of arrival & said that a key could be left out for us to assist with early check in. Unfortunately that did not happen so we arrived to a locked door & when we called she said that someone must have taken our key. To make it short, upon arrival it was determined that although Sarah had called me to confirm arrival, the key they put out had the wrong name on it (& this was gone when we arrived). We also let her know we had to depart at 7am and then found out the breakfast is served at 9am & 10am. She was kind enough to pack breakfast for us to go although some of the items were exited & the majority of fruit was inedible as it was rotten. I did find the space welcoming & although the Riveria room spacious & with a comfortable bed I am not sure it was worth the $299/night price tag for family of 3.

We stayed in the Scottish room and I just loved the decorations. The whole B&B was very clean and so cute.The proprietor was super friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Comfy bed but the breakfast is terrible
As we drove up I noticed the flowerbeds next to the street, which is all the green space they have. It was overgrown and full of weeds. The building is nice and inviting when we went inside but the room was small and cramped. There wasn’t a night stand on my side of the bed and the extra throw pillows and bedspread didn’t have a place while we were sleeping. There’s a large hutch filled with Knick knacks so there was no room to sit our personal items. Staying in a bed and breakfast can be such a nice experience and breakfast is why we stay in them. The breakfast was very poor quality, the sausage was frozen precooked pattie’s that weren’t heated properly, the eggs were fake and over cooked and the French toast bake was far underbaked! I do not recommend staying at this Inn.

The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were soft and silky. The shower was very small but had great hot water and good water pressure. There wasn’t much space in the room and although there was plenty of drawer space there was no where to hang up clothes. We stayed only one night so it wasn’t an issue, but it would be awkward for a longer stay. Breakfast was good and plentiful but not especially unique or really delicious. We enjoyed chatting with the inn’s owner during breakfast. The fresh baked cookies when we arrived were delicious.

My first stay at a B&B was nice. My room was small, but I enjoyed my stay. The room had a refrigerator but no freezer, and at first the WIFI seemed on & off. But after the first night, all was good. The staff and service is excellent. It's a charming setting, with a pleasant garden area in the rear for guests to enjoy.

We stayed two nights and it was ok. The Scottish room was spacious enough for our stay. Breakfast was good but not as gourmet as depicted in pictures. There wasn’t really anyone around when I needed them. I would have like another towel and a blanket but couldn’t find anyone to ask this to in the afternoon. After check in I called and left a message on the voicemail with a few questions and never heard back or was asked about it in the morning. No direction on check out process and had to park in the handicapped spot one night because all other spaces were filled. I’m not sure if I’d stay here again.

What a lovely B&B! Each room is theme docorated. It is quiet and everyone has a private bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and the statf was friendly and professional. Would defininely return here!
