Nice experience
Never expect to live in an church, but in a pretty good experience. Especially can live in the siena town. However, the way to hotel take me some time because there is lot of forbidding sign in the town that visitor is confused.

They had no air. The heat was on . I got it turned off but it was humid . No screens on windows could not open them . No elevator so you had to drag your bags up the stairs. Overall it was not the charming place . In the pics looked renovated but it was not . Even the first floor was up stairs . Not good at all !!

Manque de communication , amende à l’arrivée
L’accès à l’hôtel nous oblige à passer par une zone à trafic limitée obligeant a avoir une autorisation d’accès délivrée par l’hôtel . Lors de la réservation sur hôtel.com nous n’avons pas reçu le PDF d’instruction. Uniquement que l’accès allait nous être donné de façon rétroactive en arrivant à l’hôtel . Or l’accès à l’hôtel n’est possible que par l’une des portes d’accès à la ville et non pas toutes les portes . L’absence de communication de la part du personnel de l’hôtel va nous engendrer une amende indépendante de notre volonté . Aucune demarche n’est faite par le personnel de l’hôtel pour corriger leur erreur . Choisissez un autre hôtel plus sérieux , et avec accès à un parking car ils n’en n’ont pas

Beautiful Siena
Wonderful stay in this quiet, comfy hotel. It was perfectly clean, good breakfast selection and stunning views. Staff were friendly and happy to help. Wish we're stayed longer.

It’s very unique to stay in a historic place built in 1200. The room was super quiet thanks to high ceilings and thick walls (you can still hear some noise). Those stairs are well worn but such a nice place to look around. We had a roof-top balcony but it was shared with two other rooms. Only once did we have company but the view and the Siena nights were wonderful. The breakfast had a very good selection for a continental breakfast and was quite tasty. However those mattresses on the beds were saggy and very worn. They definitely need to be replaced. Sadly we had a very poor sleep!

What a beautiful find. We were within the Walls of Siena. The views were amazing, the breakfast - fantastic! The staff was helpful and friendly. & there was parking! Would love to RETURN!

We stayed on a recommendation of a family member, and we're so glad we did. Check-in was easy, directions were clear, breakfast was provided, and the place was beautiful! When we left early the next morning, the attendant called us a taxi and had the dining room prepare us a breakfast to go, with pastries, yogurt, and bottled water. Extremely accommodating! Can't wait to return!
