Excellent hotel

This was a lovely clean and spacious hotel in a great location with easy walking from Gard de Norde train station. The Metro is just around the corner but most places are within walking distance. We had a great upgrade as it was a special wedding anniversary so thank you to the reception staff who organised it for us. We didn’t have a breakfast as the cost was a bit high but overall this is a great place to stay.

Beautiful stay in Paris

From the moment I checked in I felt very welcome. The reception staff are fantastic with an extra special mention to Ruth. Ruth greeted us and gave us so much information and was very happy to answer all my questions about travelling around the city. We had an issue with our keys and lock and Ruth personally sorted it for us and even though she had to come up to our room a couple of times, she never stopped smiling and was so polite. A real asset to the hotel. Our room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Loved the district we were in as surrounded by lots of cafes and bakeries whilst away from the main tourist busy spots.
