This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect - located almost directly on the canal, minutes walk from the castle and the bridges. We were so impressed by the helpfulness of the staff. The breakfast was great, even though options for vegans were limited. One of the staff did offer us additional avocado or asked if there was anything else we’d like. I just thought that was really thoughtful. The coffee was beautiful. Our room was perfect for us- the bathroom lovely and the bed really comfy. We honestly could not have asked for a better hotel and am so glad we chose to stay here.

Professional and courteous staff, could not be more kind and helpful. Looked after us well. Breakfast of very high standard. Only negative was lack of hanging space for clothes due to inclusion of mini bar in room set up. Otherwise an excellent location for everything.

Gem of a hotel in pedestrian Ljubljana
This is a great historic hotel that has been renovated to an upscale boutique hotel. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. We were greeted with the local blueberry liquor and a homemade cookie which was a really nice touch. The room was spacious, quiet and so comfortable. Noise was nonexistent and automatic black out shades were greatly appreciated. The breakfast was buffet style with something for everyone. This historic home comes to life with placards and artifacts from its earlier days. This hotel is highly recommended and we would love to return here one day! Offsite parking is available with about a 3 block walk to the hotel. They will provide assistance with luggage if required.
