I would stay again
Hotel was built in 1996 so clearly showing signs of its age. Staff were lovely but with so many trainees (cheap labour) so much to learn but their enthusiasm and big smiles made it a very welcoming place. On a positive note, the grounds are really nice with mature trees and some wildlife living amongst the environment. Big negative was having to save a lady from drowning because the so called swimming teacher only had eyes on a child she was teaching with no concern for the woman. Her excuse, “it wasn’t her turn and she had told her to stay in the shallow end” that she had obviously slipped off. I did teacher how stupid she was as she had 2 eyes and was only 3m away Breakfast was good enough and location not too bad. Room price was fine too

Nice property and there’s an issue with gheckos coming into the property and surrounds. - interior is outdated, overall it’s rated a 3.3. I could stay somewhere else for the same price that has better interior. Don’t bother asking for an earlier check in than 3pm. Old lady was abrupt but was willing to take my check in details and credit card on file.

I was a bit disappointed with our deluxe villa. On the first night I was woken by rain coming through our roof over my side of the bed. When I notified the front desk they stated it would be fixed the next day. Unfortunately the leaking roof repeated itself 3 days in a row, which the front desk was notified each time. We did have a maintenance man come during one of the storms and his resolution was giving us towels. We had very good sunny weather which I thought this would have been fixed. Alas it wasn’t . We had large thunder storms on our last night and when we arrived back to our villa there was multiple leaks in the room. Over the bed and above our suitcases (wet some of our clothes). We also had issues with ants and cockroaches. The bathroom toilet hose was loose and flooded the villa whilst we were out. When we notified staff, they just provided us towels again. Pretty disappointed with the price we paid

Stard,service and pool are the best things about this property. I wouldn't mind coming back here. The property is a bit dated and will need to invest in soundproofing, new towels. They should also avoid drinks in glass in the pool. I

Wrong room for the first night Several stray cats walk around the property including the meals area and pool Area and jump on tables to eat food And the staff don’t particularly care If you don’t like cats you don’t want to stay here and for this reason I will not be back

Overall pretty good stay, we thought the staff were very friendly & helpful. The property was a little run down and not overly clean. The pool was in pretty poor condition, water not very clean. The breakfast options were average but we like to try other places anyway. The property was also a bit noisy when we got our downstairs neighbours. Other than that it was pretty quiet around the pool etc. easily walkable for lots of choice of restaurants & bars. Pretty much getting what you pay for 😊
