Poor, was not even offered for a refund or a disc.
The shower room had cracks on the wall where the shower head and valve located. In the morning, my husband was taking a shower and the shower head broke and fell off. No phone in the room, went down to the front desk to report, no manager on duty. However was informed that room 305 had maintenance issue in the shower room and said was worked on. We had to wrap a towel around the shower head to hold and finish showering. Also, I asked for my points to be credited and was informed that they do not do such service. Main door sliding door to the hotel was not working, homeless person sleeping in the eating dining room.

ELEVATOR ISSUES FOR THE MOMENT BUT NICE ROOMS
The hotel is comfortable as far as the rooms but there are service issues such as frequent breakdown of the elevator. If they can permanently fix the elevator I would give this hotel a higher mark. The breakfast is good and the cleaning stuff is hospitable but for those who have disabilities that elevator issue is a big one.

Keep expectations low
Mediocre at best. Eat breakfast at the Waffle House next door… no breakfast, no coffee, no nothing. They say there’s shuttle service available to the airport… no such thing. A $15 Uber will get you there. Seems like a lot of Houston rif-raf hang out at this property. I overheard a lady saying the government is paying for her stay because of the floods and hurricanes forced her from her home.

Poor shuttle and breakfast
Booked this hotel since it was close to the airport and offered free breakfast and shuttle service to and from the airport. I got in a 11pm, past when the shuttle service runs. Ok — a bit late so I get it. I called the day prior and they said the shuttle runs til noon. Well when I went to check 30min prior to 11am check out, the last shuttle was apparently at 10am. Kind of annoying. Breakfast didn’t have eggs, they were apparently out. They had cereal but no milk for said cereal. This left the only real options being waffles, a few sausage patties and some biscuits. Other than those two things, the rooms were clean but pretty worn down. Could use some TLC

i booked because of the breakfast and airport shuttle first thing in the morning i ask for the airport shuttle and desk told me that service is not available today which i asked how they plan to fix the situation because that was the main factor of my reservation with them i asked to the hotel to please get me a taxi/uber and they said they cant do anything about it breakfast succs big time all machines of juices and waffles where out of service the only good thing was at the check in Sarah at the desk she is very friendly, kind and professional

Not good
Rude unhelpful staff. They ask for a 75$ deposit at check-in and it takes up to 10 business days to redeposit it into your account. Rooms are very old and outdated. Breakfast was ridiculous . Horrible room temperature eggs and stale bacon. Juice machines have no juice. No healthy options.

Airport Hotel Poorly Managed for Aiport Travelers
The most significant issue for us was that the airport shuttle took 45 minutes to arrive from when the call in is made. But it arrived late and we had to call twice. On the return, the receptionist wouldnt let us sign up for the shuttle at the hour we needed because there was already one person on it with 2 pieces of luggage. One person! She said that our four person party with luggage wouldnt fit and we would have to take the next shuttle an hour later, but too late for our flight. I noticed that the registration sheet said max of five people and we would be five with the other person, so I strongly insisted that we go on the first shuttle rather than let it go 80% empty. So gave in. When the time came, we made all the luggage fit without much problem. The problem was that the shuttle was an SUV, way too small and the hotel was only 5 minutes from the airport so waiting 45 min makes no sense. Also on the first shuttle at 5 am meant we could not have the included breakfast. They would not offer us anything cold either. So without a good shuttle or the breakfast, we made a mistake choosing this airport hotel.
