Walking in to one of our 3 rooms, we were greeted with roaches. The room was badly damaged. Floor was lifting, walls were dirty, there was hair on the beds. We decided to leave as we had small kids and our pets with us and didn’t want to risk them. It’s been 9 DAYS and they refuse to answer HOTELS.COM agents for refund. We were willing to even pay the first day as long as we got refunded the rest back so we could stay at another hotel. STILL haven’t recieved $0. We’ve been going year after year for about 6 years with family and this has been the worst experience. It gives motel on the side of highway under a bridge. Not clean, outdated, paint falling off, floors lifting, tub stained….will never return.
