Great hotel- terrible valet
We had a great stay and the hotel staff was great. The valet service is SO SLOW and also wrecked our car and that was a mess. We waited 20 minutes for our car the night we were there and had reservations so my husband ended up getting it himself and found the valet outside on his phone. That company is contracted in not The Kelly employees but it was not the best experience.

It’s LOUD
Without question the loudest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Just be aware that this old building prevents absolutely zero sound buffering from the loud streets below.

Checkin issues at Kelly
I would avoid any rooms in the older part of the building facing 1st ave. The noise from the traffic is excessive as there isnt glazing on windows. We requested a change of room...even a lesser room than the king studio we had booked....and the hotel had plenty of available rooms, but the inexperienced check-in staff said "the room has already been assigned and they cannot change anything". I asked for the manager and was told there wasnt a manager on duty. The only solution offered was that I pay for a second room ! which i refused to do. We accepted the situation and put blankets against the windows to reduce the traffic noise. When we checked out 2 days later the agent asked if we had enjoyed our stay, I explained what had happened. She apologised and said that the check-in staff should have arranged another room and she would arrange for training for them. Unfortunately, thats all too late for me ! and a poor reflection on Hilton. Be careful if you stay at the Kelly ! I should also mention that i contacted Hotels.com, but the virtual agent was USELESS and when i finally made it to a live agent they tried but couldnt get through to the hotel (so they told me) and therefore couldn't offer any help.

Excellant stay
Excellent location to the stadium and great food choices. The staff was awesome for refrigerator loan and extra coffee and valet parking. Very friendly. Comfy bed and room. Would recommend to anyone looking for nice get away with great restaurants around them and nice comfy room to stay in.

No windows.
For the price of the hotel the room was very underwelling. Yes it was clean, yes the staff was great, however only place in the room to sit was the bed and not only did you not have a balcony but didnt have a window. It felt like you were in a casino and they didnt want you to know the time.

Great stay
No complaints about my stay. The staff was very nice and helpful especially Natalie at the front desk. She is a phenomenal human being. I would recommend this hotel anytime you're in the area. You will not be disappointed. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel is very good, as is the service. My wife is allergic to feathers, which are in both the pillows and the comforter, and which could not be switched by the time we discovered that. The location was perfect for our needs, within walking distance of the things we needed to accomplish. We will stay again with an advance request for foam pillows and a no-feather comforter.

The hotel was amazing with a bar and restaurant in it so u can just chill and stay in hotel. The only thing and it’s not the hotel part but the valet parking company advertising $20 to $38 dollars a day but it was $50 every time u requested your vehicle to come to front to go some where. There are really no where to park like that around the hotel. But there is a parking deck that charges $9 dollars hat made it do able just a lil walk back to hotel. That the only bad thing about the hotel

The experience was amazing! The room and hotel itself was clean and neat! The only issue I had was the heat wasn’t working as well as it should. The maintenance man came the next day and was right on top of it.
