The check-in and lobby areas feel cramped and limited in space. The security check arch at the entrance seems unnecessary, as it is not being used by staff at all. The bar area occupies a significant portion of the lobby, yet it is rarely utilized by guests. Additionally, the pricing at the bar does not seem reasonable, making it less appealing to enjoy.
The breakfast area is situated in a narrow space, and the plates are inconveniently placed on mid-row shelves, making them difficult to find. The food selection is average and could be improved to better align with the Radisson brand standards.
That said, the hotel was generally clean, and the room was spotless, though the bathroom appeared slightly outdated. Overall, in my opinion, this hotel could be rated as a 3-star property.
