Elevator down. Not a huge deal to me. Waffle iron down. Breakfast is far from great. Room was so outdated. Furniture literally looked like from the 70's. Carpet was horrible. Fraying at edges. Water pressure is non existent.

The elevator wasn’t working. We were on the 2nd floor. That floor smelled bad as did our room. The A/C could not hold the temp steady so we had to adjust many times. The 2nd floor was also very warm. The first floor did not have a bad smell and was much cooler. Our room needed a makeover. Carpet was frayed at threshold and everything just seemed old. Would not stay there again.

The hotel needs some updating. I smelled an old grease smell when I entered the lobby. I am used to a great smell when entering a Hampton. Overall I was satisfied. The elderly lady serving the morning breakfast was the nicest of all!

We stay at this property two times each year. The price per room has been increasing and the property is just ok. The breakfast is less than usual. It includes items bought from Costco and nothing better. I went to the local Mac Donald’s for breakfast. Their food was hot and tasty.

Comfort Inn not up to Hilton’s standards.

Deal staff were in shorts/ sweatshirts-looked very unprofessional. Although friendly. Room needed work. Shelves falling off wall in bathroom, shower sprayer old and cruddy, new was the worst. The breakfast was good, pastry fresh and the lady who ran the breakfast area very friendly.

Elevator was inop....I have an implant and arthritis. Staff said no first floor rooms available...do not believe based on parking and room lights. Shower not user friendly, little hot water. Receipt on checkout had my name but Las Vegas addres. Gave attendant my AL driver license when I checked in. Totally inept operation, fire hazard in rooms that is unfixed after 3 years. Indifferent staff. Never again.
