The paintwork needed attention, around the bed there was white looked like talc. Bed very hard. Staff friendly and good breakfast . Easy parking and only £1.50 Close to shopping centre

Service, cleanliness and location is very good. Breakfast is spot on too, regularly replenished. Parking charge is just £1.50 for 24hrs in the car park next to the hotel. Wifi is free and adequate. Staff very helpful and accommodating.

Very unhappy .
Well it was the worst place i have stayed for a long time . We were put on the 4 floor with no lift due to it being out of order . Room was not cleaned properly as my son found a clum of hair on the floor and a long black hair in the shower (we all have short hair ) We asked for food and was encouraged to go to pizza hut as it meant they would have to put the oven on and it takes 20 mins to warm up . Didn't sleep as the air vents wouldn't shut so could hear all the traffic. We felt like we were staying in faulty towers. Breakfast berries for fruit and yoghurt were still frozen not much selection on continental and overall not very good .
