Front desk eager to greet. Lobby was very clean and appealing. Room was spacious and very clean. Check out was smooth. Breakfast is included, very limited but delicious! Little “market” to purchase preferred drinks and snacks. Would stay here again! **please note, there is no elevator to second floor**

Adequate place to stay

Good overall stay. Check in was smooth. The lady who checked us in was very polite and professional. There was only 2 things that were issues. One was that the hot water side of the sink just trickled out. Two, we didn’t realize this was a pet friendly hotel. There was a dog that barked throughout the night which made for a restless night of sleep. Other than that, the hotel was good.

Location

Enjoyed the friendliness displayed by staff. The quiet atmosphere was exactly what I needed. Check in and out was quick and easy. Location was my favorite. There are 6 restaurants within walking distance! The Rock Hill Sports and Events Center was 15 minutes away also.

Very nice, quiet, and affordable hotel

The hotel was very nice. Pros: The room was very clean and everything worked right. The hotel was quiet, no parties or noisy guests (they are strict about noise enforcement). The bed and pillows were comfortable, we sleep well. The staff were friendly and helpful. No big complaints. Cons (minor): The room had pretty dim lighting. The ice machine was somewhat dirty. They couldn't give us an extra blanket at night because they keep them in the laundry room, so ask during the day if you need an extra one. They didn't have tissues. Again, these were all minor things. Overall we were more than satisified with our stay, especially considering the price.

We were looking for a clean, comfortable, safe and budget friendly place to stay in Rock Hill. This place checked every box! It was a great value and I was very happy with our one night stay. The room was very spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. All we needed was a place to sleep and it was great. Would totally stay here again!

It's just OKAY!

We were only there for a quick overnight while visiting family but the check in person had no personality and didn't even do over anything it was quick and to the point. The bathroom needed to be clean a little better like wiping down the walls. And the Halls has a musty smell to them. It worked for the night not sure I would stay again.
