Not bad, but check your reservation w/ them first
The hotel informed me that my payment method got some issue and asked me to call them to hold my reservation. This booking was made 4 months ago but I got this mail 3 days before check-in, and it's already passed midnight by the time when I found this mail in my inbox as I was travelling (I will be checking in that day), no one from the hotel answers mine nor Hotels.com support team's call. Thanks to the Hotels.com support team this issue was finally resolved in the morning.
For the hotel itself, the location is good, not far from the Arc de triomphe, Staff are friendly. For the room, the bed lamp was broken but it got fixed the next day. The room is pretty nice for a business trip as there are many power outlets available, and the in-room facilities are good. Breakfast is nice.
