Séjour familial tout équipé
Chambre familiale avec 1 chambre avec un King size et un canapé lit. Immense salle de bain avec douche + baignoire. Dispose également d’un cuisine bien équipée et d’un lave linge et sèche linge: parfait pour notre séjour. Points négatifs : hôtel un peu vieillot et les alentours de l’hôtel en travaux (démarrage à 7h du matin!). Rapport qualité prix imbattable! Pas loin des parcs d’attraction.

A localização é excelente (das 5 vezes que fui essa foi melhor que já fiquei), assim como o tamanho do imóvel pra 4 pessoas. Tudo funcionando perfeitamente. O que precisaria melhorar seria o sofá-cama, muito desconfortável (ficamos 15 dias), e como não tem serviço de limpeza (gratuita), o ideal seria ter materiais para os hóspedes realizarem a limpeza (um aspirador pequeno resolveria). Outro ponto é que foram disponibilizados 2 rolos de papel higiênico (15 dias, 4 pessoas, claro que compramos e deixamos lá para os próximos 😉). Mesmo diante das observações reservaria novamente. Obrigado

My go-to hotel every time im in Orlando. There's alot of construction around the property so theres alot of noise in the morning. But stil in overall pleasure everytime

Not at all worth the price
Water from the sink was always the same lukewarm temp, the shower constantly drips, there was a nasty stained roll of paper towels sitting on the counter when we walked in. The chairs on the balcony were rusted and covered in dirt. The bed sheets felt like paper. The carpet is stained. When we filled the bathtub, dirt and hair rose out from the drain.

If I had known… I will never choose Sonder again
Not having a concierge or even someone at the front desk, who could answer basic questions for you, is disconcerting at a minimum The person at the front desk was curt and borderline rude when we try to check in and did not understand that we had to use an app Additionally, we had no hot water for the first 3 1/2 days that we were there For part of the time that we were there the elevator did not work There was no where to buy food… Not even vending machines

Find Something Else
Not a great stay...Beware. Two elevators of which one was not working during our entire stay. The other broke down at least twice while we were there with my friend stuck inside once for 30 minutes. He had to climb 8 flights at another point. The hot water was inconsistent and also went out while we were there.

Mixed feeling!
The place was nice but the dust on top of the fridge and the hard water ring inside the toilet was a big turn off. The construction was horrendous. I wish there was a heads up on this as I work at night and sleep during the day. Needless to say I barely got any sleep. The ladies I had to interact with, especially Aaliyah... were all very nice and professional.

Horrible Experience
The room was dirty and there was no hot water. When I inquired they said it was building wide, but when I checked with the front desk, it seemed as if the rep was lying. They rent rooms in this building and have their own check in. Front desk was no help, but reported no problems with hot water from anyone else. Terrible and would never recommend dealing with them again

Recomendo com certeza
Foi uma estadia excelente, localização ótima, estacionamento grátis, quarto espaçoso com 2 armários, banheiro com toalhas e produtos essenciais disponíveis (shampoo condicionador sabonete creme secador de cabelos). A cozinha tem todos os utensílios necessários, microondas, cafeteira, torradeira. Não sentimos falta de nada. Tem tapete no chão e as janelas não abrem.
