Nasty hotel and nasty breakfast
This place is ridiculous. The facilities and rooms are nasty. Lots of painting needs done and the floors are nasty. Are room had a broken toilet handle we told the front desk they just came looked said oh it flushes. Then I told them the room smelled like smoke and I was allergic to it they did nothing but brought febreeze to spray in room. Lots of marks and paint chips on the doors and walls. The hallways smelled like pot. It’s really ran down hotel. Then the breakfast yuck don’t even get me on that. I will never stay here again. I wouldn’t suggest staying here to anyone. Beds and tv was the only good part. It’s also ran down by Indians. The pictures they lost is not what recent photos are have been photo shopped. I’m going to include pictures. But hope this post helps someone on the truth of this place.

More like 1 star
This place is rundown and not a 3 star hotel at ALL! The rooms were brokedown and janky. The breakfast was slim to none. Pool area was freezing and rundown. Overall i will never stay at this hotel EVER!

Under renovation. A lot of stuff stored in breakfast area. No towels at pool. Toilet seat broken in room. Check in was very slow due to only 1 person working desk.

DO NOT STAY HERE DANGEROUS
The hotel room wasn’t clean or comfortable. It’s a cheap hotel, I wasn’t expecting much. The pool is only open from 3-10. This is not listed anywhere. “Breakfast” was a 1/2 loaf of bread and a toaster. After I complained about the pool not opening at 3, our room keys suddenly became deactivated. We complained again, and told them we were leaving as we didn’t feel safe. They sent two men to our room and knocked aggressively until someone opened the door. When we tried to tell them everything they walked off. We left immediately and still have not heard from the hotel about any of our refund.

Will tell people around 500 time stay away
We checked in around 3:50 was told about the breakfast in the morning it was cereal no milk bagels were old no cream cheese or jams wanted to take the kids swimming in the morning and the pool was not open again until 3pm well after check out never have I been to a hotel where my children couldn’t go swimming in the morning and the pool closed early on the night we stayed we were highly disappointed

This hotel was deceiving from the photos posted on line- the property is very outdated, the floors were cracked and stained, our bed sheets were stained- the pool area was deceiving and not as lovely as pictures- I was afraid to go in the hot tub. It was convenient and low priced for our trip, but I would never stay here again.

Terrible hotel!
The stay at this hotel was absolutely horrible. It was freezing cold. We went to take a shower and the water is not warm it was ice cold, The condition of the room was disgusting. It was just all around the worst hotel I’ve ever been in and I’m very upset. I spent money on this

Hotel with lots of potential!
This hotel is under new management and they are trying there best to give you a good experience . Even with all the work being done not once where we inconvenienced they have an amazing view by the pond food and lots of parking . I honestly loved this stay i highly recommend and will be coming back im excited to see the new changes in the hotel !

Stay gone wrong.
They put me in 2 rooms. That was not clean. They were doing construction on a Saturday in the inside where guess be staying .the pool or the hot tub was closed down. For Guess on the weekend, the breakfast was terrible. The hot tub didn't work. This was my second time there.and I talked to front desk staff about all of this.

HORRIBLE
It wasn't good. We had to switch rms 2x. 1st rm toilet stopped up, no working phone and no wash cloth, 2nd rm,twin beds we requested 1 king bed, no phone. Talked to manager the next day switch to rm# 3 still no phone, no coffee pot, we spent 4day 3 night a total of 2 washcoth a piece. I didn't bother because it seems like housekeeping was not available. The manager was very nice, she wasn't there when we check in
