The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, and the housekeeper was tidy and efficient. We loved staying in this hotel a lot. If we plan to visit Brussels next time, I will definitely stay here again.

In the center of the town, very easy to go the check point

Water bottle was already opened
The first day we got in without any complimentary water bottle in the room so they gave us a huge bottle after we requested. When we got back the second day, the huge bottle was gone and replaced with 2 small usual complimentary water bottle but one was already opened.

Great location
The hotel is in a great location. Breakfast was excellent, only complaint is the tub would not drain properly, difficult to take a shower. Other than that the stay was lovely.

Feathers paradise
if you are sensitive to Down feathers stay away from this place. Not only do they assume you are not but if you do not make arrangements ahead of time they will not even swap your pillows for synthetic pillows.
We arrived to this hotel not expecting this to be a problem, when we finally discovered the issue because our daughter was starting to have an asthma attack, we asked for the pillows to be swapped at least, they plain refused stating only the cleaning crew had access to them and they were already gone... Once our daughter started to have difficulty breathing we left, they charged us for the night and the manager refused to talk to us leaving his staff to apologize for the treatment!
It is shameful for a chain like Mariott.
