Staff was friendly and efficient.
Room was clean and nice, parking was easy.
Only complaints are the firm mattress is uncomfortable to sleep on and the slatted window covers let in too much light - did not need a night light to see in the room at night.

Try harder!
When I call the hotel directly to make a reservation they wanted to charge me over $400 for two nights. The price on hotels.com was only a couple hundred dollars. The bed was broken and was very hard to sleep on

I booked the 3 queen suite about a year in advance since we had 6 people traveling at the time of booking. In that year I became disabled with mobility issues. I received the check in confirmation via text 24 hours before check in asking for any special requests- I typed bottom for or by elevator due to being disabled. I received a confirmation email saying all was well. I go to check in after driving 12 hours for the front desk to say they have no available 3 bed units on the bottom floor. I said I could take 2 beds since 2 people did not end up joining us. She said there was nothing available on the bottom floor after. So really it had nothing to do with the 3 beds. Plus no luggage cart for disabled guests is just ridiculous. Definitely learned my lesson on waiting for the text confirmation to make requests. My suggestion would be if you can't accommodate your guests when they make requests, you should call them so they can make arrangements to stay elsewhere. I have a cane and a walker. The room in general was clean and comfortable.
