Recepção em português de parabéns
Hotel simples, bom e barato. Não usei a piscina, mas usei as máquinas de lavar e secar roupas e a máquina de gelo, foram muito úteis. O quarto tem frigobar e microondas. Achei a área do café da manhã muito pequena, não sei como fazem em alta estação com o hotel lotado, pq tem só três mesas ao lado da recepção e essa é a área do café. Tem uma torradeira onde se esquenta waffles ou fatias de pão e as garrafas com café e a máquina com suco de laranja e maçã. O ponto positivo é que a equipe da recepção toda fala português, espanhol e inglês.

Just don't do it...
Pay the extra money for a better hotel. Noisy, dirty, generally in a bad state all around. Breakfast is non-existent. Centrally located, but this does not outweigh the fact that the hotel is baaaaad.

Weired Checkin policy
Stayed for three nights and then decided to extend the stay for anothwr night. Booked another night and informed the reception. I was informed thet I need to first check out at 11 and stay out till 3 and then checkin again for the next night. I had some plans and had to go out anyway during the day but due to this strange policy , had to pack up and leave my luggage at the reception which was not convenient at all.

DEFINATELY a discount motel
This is an older two storey "renovated" discount motel with exterior outward facing doors and no elevator, located across the Hwy from Old Town amusement park in Kissimmee FL PROS: Convenient 20 min ride to Disney (TTC) by one local bus from the stop out front -Close to restaurants/Walgreens, gift shops, Old Town and the World Food Trucks / flea market -Room was clean and recently given a "facelift" - plenty of TV channels, hot water and, bed was comfortable and air conditioner appeared new CONS: Rooms still show their age and need some work - some shabbiness - two thin towels provided and front door doesn't seal shut -Area is somewhat isolated with visible homeless including a small camp visible from the building - The world food truck market attracts lots of visitors especially weekends, music can be loud and plays late -Breakfast is sparce (no hot food) - housekeeping is only on request -Room safe did not work - Late checkout incurs a fee ($10/hr up to 2 hrs) -Front desk will not look after any luggage

Poderia ser melhor
Cobram pelo café da manhã mas é como se não existisse, já que não tem praticamente nada. Localização é boa, fica a 15 minutos de carro dos parques. No checkout foi cobrado 35 dólares por uma manchinha de sangue em um lençol branco, achei abusivo o valor. No geral não voltaria.

Excelente opcion
Para ser un hotel de carretera como llaman, tiene una muy buena ubicación, cerca de todo, tiendas, restaurantes, etc. la zona es muy segura, la limpieza de la habitación estuvo perfecta, la gentileza del personal fue lo mejor, solamente mejoraría lo que ofrecen de desayuno, que en realidad es muy básico. Recomiendo 100% este hotel.

Great, Affordable Place To Stay in Disney Area.
This hotel room was listed as “accessible” and it really was! So many listings say “accessible” when they just mean “ground floor”. This room had a “roll-in” shower and shower stool which my disabled husband needs in order to shower. It also had a refrigerator and a very comfortable bed. We have stayed at this motel before and find it convenient to the Disney properties, the Interstate, the Florida Turnpike, and many dining options. Breakfast is included and has been upgraded since our last stay.
