When I arrived to check in I was told my reservation had been cancelled. Apparently my reservation was in a block of rooms that were intended for a group of some kind. Anyway I was left without anywhere to stay. I was told I could check back later to see if a room became available but I kind of needed to know sooner rather than later so I knew what to do. Go home or stay and hope I got a room.

I have stayed at this motel on several occasions now the first time i stayed there was for 4 days in a row and they did not inform me that they had no running tv or cable not even when i checked in they said nothing i didnt know until after being there for over 2 hrs and i had ro ask them about it and they said ya sorry we dont know whats going on and dont know when it will be fixed so i had no tv to watch for the 4 days i stayed there and so i complained about it and they gave me a suite room with a hot tub in my room so i stayed again and got that room and when i stayed that time i get up for the breakfast and they didnt have no breakfast for a couple days in a row bc there truck didnt come in so they didnt even care they didnt bc they didnt even go to the store to get some bread for toast or anything to put out to be in place for there complimentary breakfast they are suppose to have and that was never mentioned to me when i stayed the 2nd time so that way if i knew i could have got some food and brought it with to eat breakfast but they fail to inform there customers about any issues or anytuing that they know there customers should be aware of very bad lack of communication with them i called the manager and said something once again and he just said i am sorry about rhat and that was it never offered me reimbursement for my stay the 2nd time so i said ok and now i decided to get a room for a few days in a row with them agai n on 05-24-25 to 05-27-25 i paid day before
