Do not stay here
This place is creepy. And empty. When we walked in there was no one at the desk. The person that showed up had no clue what he was doing. He didn't even have a uniform or a name tag. The room we were given had stains on the bedding. Everyone we spoke to said to stay away from this place it is bad news. Was told the cops are there all the time. Gives off a super creepy vibe. Felt very unsafe for my family.

Beds were filthy,dirt and stains on one bed.blood all over second bed.went to front desk to deal with it,employee at desk took paperwork and room keys then locked himself in back room and rang up charges on my credit card before I could block. Employee never returned,ended up staying somewhere else.

Worst experience ever staying in a hotel. Very unprofessional staff. Uncomfortable and old mattress. No coffee maker in the room. Only one towel provided and no toilet tissues in the washroom. The room itself was stinky. The new owners definitely need more training on how to run a hospitality business.

It’s clean enough, just a bit funky-smelling. There was no one at the desk when I arrived, and the man waiting in the lobby said i was the man before me had had to wait a half hour for service. There was a phone on the counter, but the instructions were not put out until the guy came back 10 minutes later. He was not friendly at all, but got the job done. And there were no towels in the room, so I had to go back to the empty desk to get some. No biggie, just inconvenient. Girl at checkout was much more pleasant

Extremely disappointing stay unprofessional staff
I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, 19 October 2024, on Saturday ,we were left waiting outside in the rain for 15 minutes because no one opened the door. When we finally got inside, I was given a key card for room 223, only to find out that there was already someone staying in that room – it was a huge shock! I returned to the reception, where the night staff gave me another key card for room 202. I had booked a room with a king bed, but was instead given one with two queen beds. When I raised my concerns, the staff member was dismissive and didn’t seem to care at all. To make matters worse, the room was not clean, yet I was still charged $125 for the night. The overall service was incredibly unprofessional, and I left feeling frustrated and upset with how everything was handled. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Front desk staff is near nin-exustant and barely spoke to us. Room reeked of Lysol so heavy, i had to buy an air freshner and spray it. No remote for the tv (found it under the night stand when i moved it to plug in my phone). TV only got free straming, AFTER i plugged the the hdmi cable left unplugged at both ends and reset the Arris box twice. Toilet ran until I fixed that. Bathroom sink very slow to drain. One each of 3 towel sizes and no facecloths for a room that sleeps 2. Breakfast was just toast or yogurt. We wont be back, ever.

Second and probably last stay at this property. Drains and toilet vrry slow. Always hahbto flush twice. Tap sprayed everywhere. Breakfast wasn't available as advertised. This is the second time for me.

Two positives were the friendly staff and the property was at a convenient location. Our room faced the main road and was very noisy. The carpets were very old, stained, smelly and the room still had crumbs from the previous occupants. Bathroom very old , enamel chipped in the sink , plastic tub stained and discoloured. Bring earplugs and slippers if you choose to stay here. Breakfast is basic but does the job.

Older motel. No amenities like soap and shampoo. No face clothes. Hard to get in touch with staff. Questionable stains in carpet in hallways and room. No hairdryer. One paper coffee cup in room and it wasnt wrapped in plastic.

The bathroom looked new done. The check in was slow. Took forever for someone to come and give a key. The smell was unpleasant throughout. I had driven 11 hours by now and just needed to crash. My room looked ok until I pulled back the covers on the bed I would have used. (2 queen) Through the sheet I could see a dark stain. Pulled back the sheet and OMG there was a big brown (crap) stain on the mattress cover. Took over an hour to get a person to fix tv and when I showed him the stain he said it was "paint". Yeah right! Left the next morning by 6 and got home and washed everything in my suit case and then showered. NEVER AGAIN.
