Disgusting. The second I opened the fridge bugs came out, there were bodily fluids all throughout the room, the air conditioning was flooding onto the floor and through the ceilings, and the entire place had a mold-like smell. Would not recommend staying here to anyone.

Worse ever

We scheduled this hotel online. We drove 4 hours to take our grandkids swimming and when we got there the pool was closed. We were later told that the pool had been down for years. In my opinion this is false advertisement. It would be different if something had happened to the pool recently, but they are advertising an indoor pool flat has not been working for years. When we checked in the lady at the front desk was sitting on a couch in the lobby with a man laying in her lap. Awful experience never go here. Grandkids were heartbroken and we could not be refunded.

The poorest hotel I have ever stayed at!

Terrible experience at this hotel. The large hot continental breakfast they advertise is available 6-9 a.m. We went the first morning only to find there was no food out other than yogurt in the fridge and cold cereal with no milk. I asked the and she said we ran out of food. She finally gave us a loaf of bread to make toast, but we were putting our hands in the bag of bread and who knows who else had done that. We had to also ask for milk for the cereal. The orange juice was sour and the worker didn't know how to change it. She has worked there over 2 years. The kitchen door was never locked. Anyone could have gone in there and messed with food at any time. The garbage cans needed to be emptied everywhere throughout the building. My sheets had black stuff all over them when we arrived. We complained and they came to change them. The man brought 2 fitted sheets and no flat sheet and pillowcases so while he was getting those, I helped the lady make the bed. She wanted the second flat sheet on, so it was ready for the next guest!!! no overs over the wires by the dresser. I accidentally put my briefcase and folder in syrup in the dining area thinking the tables had been washed. I asked the sleeping worker for a rag to clean the table. She pointed at the napkins. I asked again for a WET rag. No words spoken from worker. I then said there must be a rag in the kitchen. She then stomped off and broght a dry rag then instructed me to use the hot water on the coffee machine
The worker had 2 tables full of her personal stuff and kept bringing more stuff throughout the day. She took the half full garbage out of the can after breakfast but left it in front of the breakfast bar until after 8 p.m.
Both garbage cans in the exercise room were full when we arrived and never emptied. We were in the room right next to it. The mirror cracked, a piece of the machine was on the floor broken, sanitizer and no rags in reach of children.
Walls and floors not very clean, toilets gurgle and don't always flush or will flush long after the gurgling. Tub didn't drain at times. Paint in very poor condition. Hair in bathtub. Cover up paint in many colors covering water and mold.
Garbage can full after breakfast and she didn't take it out of the can until after 8 p.m. It was running over as people kept adding to it all day. It was on floor and windowsill.

Cigarette burns on the blanket in a non smoking room. Wet ceiling tiles in the hall from some kind of leak. Hallway smelled like weed. Some kind of splattered stains on the shower.

Booked my husbands stay for work. It looked better on the outside then inside. His first room was awful it wreaked of cigarettesand was very dirty. He requested to be moved to another room but it was no better.

The property was filthy. The hallways smelled of cigarettes and urine. It doesn’t look like the carpets have been vacuumed in months. We had to clean our rooms ourselves after finding new stains on the bed (mind you, the same stain was seen from the top layer of the bedding down to the mattress protector.) The surfaces were gross, and the tub was not cleaned from the people who were in the room before us. The pool is out of service. Our first morning, we went to breakfast at 0800. There were cold biscuits, gravy, and waffle mix. Someone else was making waffles. After they made their waffles, the attendant took the rest of the mix and put it up an hour before breakfast was suppose to close. Outside, there are not enough parking spaces. One of the nights, we had to park at the hotel next door. If it wasn’t for the fact that all other hotels in the area are booked up, we would have checked back out the first night.
