Bonjour . Après un accueil fort sympathique, nous montons dans notre chambre. Des enfants jouent dans les couloirs, hurlent, les parents également : une équipe internationale de takwendo est dans l'hôtel. Arrivé dans la chambre : aucune isolation sonore. Vous faites une sieste avec vos voisins et leurs enfants. cela est trop! nous decendons à la réception, la personne présente, constate le vacarne ambiant, même à son niveau mais il ne peut rien faire. Il nous propose de changer de chambre mais que le lendemain... une nuit terrible ! Le lendemain, une nouvelle chambre, plus haut de gamme atico nous est proposé et une bouteille de cave ( le geste ets très apprécié) mais pour la dernière nuit donc pas très utile. L'hotel n'est pas en tres bon état quand on compare au standard de sitges : isolation, état des salles de bain, placard ...

Check in lady very helpful and polite. The room was basic and clean but very tatty. Floors lifting, cracks on ceiling, room entry system failing. Needs to be renovated. Bed was the hardest thing ive ever slept on. Had to literally put the pillows underneath me to get any sleep. Room just looks old… pics on site are old. Had to check out a night earlier than planned due to potential flooding in central Barcelona. Asked for something to prove we had to check out early for our travel insurance as we then needed to book a room elsewhere. Guy on reception waffled something about not being able to close the booking early and contact them tomorrow and everyone else subsequently is behaving like they don’t understand! I keep advising I’m not asking them for a refund… I’m going to contact my travel insurance… but they told me oh you booked with Expedia?!? Anyway they have now taken to ignoring my messages… very unprofessional… wouldn’t stay again!!! Housekeeping did a very good job tidying, location is very good by the beach. Property linked to a sports bar. Good for food access… not necessarily quality.

This is our 3rd stay at this property. Excellent location across the road from beach. Good dining around. Only 2 blocks from centre of town. Hotel is in good condition and has a sports bar attached. Good pub food. Staff are excellent and very helpful. Clean rooms. We were lucky enough to have a corner suite.

Wi-Fi service was spotty, not consistent. It would be nice if they had a couple of TV stations in English, example BBC, perhaps some American stations. Otherwise the hotel is worth the value, breakfast also a plus.

Very nice 3 start hotel. Small, no amenities to speak of. Excellent staff that was very helpful. Rooms were clean and neat. Excellent location with ocean views. Everything is within a short walking distance.

Perfekt beliggenhet
Fantastisk beliggenhet, rett ved strandpromenaden og bysentrum rett bak. God frokost med greit utvalg. Rommet var lite med veldig liten seng til 2 pers, max 140 cm. Badet var også utrolig lite, dusjhjørne rett ved siden av toalett og vask uten dør eller annen skjerming, så det sprutet mye utover gulvet. Ok balkong med utsikt også til sjøen selv om den var mot gata. Litt støy på natta fra barer etc hvis man plages av det.

A well located and nice hotel on the beachfront
A very good well located hotel in Sitges right on the beachfront. For one person the room and bed were a good size, the only slight negative is the shower was a little small but everything else was great. The room was cleaned every day, the breakfast buffet was tasty with a good selection of options and the staff were friendly too.

Great location in downtown Sitges! Breakfast option is a must! Lots of breads, meats, cheeses, cereals, juices & coffee! Eggs & bacon too! Can be a little noisy late at night, but you can't beat the location. Staff was very friendly & helpful! Beaches are fabulous! Highly recommended place to visit. About 50 min S of Barcelona by train!

Position & Price Make It A Good Budget Choice
I like this hotel for its combination of position and price. Yes there are better quality rooms in Sitges but you'll pay half as much again and more for them. There are an army of very dedicated cleaners that do an outstanding job of keeping the rooms clean. The decor is pretty neutral and yes could probably do with an update now but how long do you spend in them anyway? I stay here twice a year, this time round there was no plug in the sink and despite asking one didn't turn up during my stay. Sure one will get there eventually, it is Spain after all.
