So, don’t get me wrong the facility was nice. However, the ONLY reason I booked was for the jacuzzi suite. And lo and behold we couldn’t even use the tub. I went to the front desk, the poor girl ( she was a sweetheart) didn’t know what to do. She was willing to give us a refund and all but I was so tired and sick from this weather I told my husband I didn’t wanna move to another hotel. I was just saddened I paid what I did and couldn’t reap the benefits of what I paid for.

This hotel was in rough shape with many repairs require! It was clean, but not as good as it should have been. Front desk clerk was in street clothes, and was not welcoming or helpful! Breakfast was just passible. We will never come again. And it put a bad reputation to a Best Western name!

We stayed for an overnight trip. The room was nice but the fan in the bathroom didn’t work.

We started our stay with needing a cart to bring in our stuff and told that someone else had the one cart. My husband waited 15 minutes and still no cart and no offer to find it. When I entered the room the first thing I saw was a couch that looked like it was falling apart. Upon closer look it was also disgustingly dirty. It was so dirty that I wouldn’t even put my luggage on it. The sitting area didn’t even have a tv. To watch the only tv you had to sit on the bed. The bed was clean and so was the washroom. In the middle of the night the smoke alarm started beeping indicating that the battery was almost dead. This would be a safety issue and batteries should be automatically changed way before the battery dies. We were so tired after a very long ride that we stayed. I did report all the issues when we checked out. She wasn’t surprised and her responses were not sufficient. We will definitely not be staying there again.

The front desk attendant was so nice and so friendly. She even made sure that we had blankets and sheets for the sofa bed. Breakfast was good, the rooms were clean and beautiful.

We were upgraded to a suite,which was great. The bed was very comfortable,everything was clean,the breakfast was good especially with the make your own waffles.The staff was very friendly and helpful. It at st an enjoyable stay while visiting our granddaughter at Mercyhurst University.

1st things 1st. We have stayed at "this" Best Western over 6 times. Well we had no idea they MOVED ACROSS THE STREET. We would not have book if we had known. The 1st room, the toilet did not flush, the heat did not work The 2nd room, the shower leaked and there was damage outside of the shower of the repeated leakage. The mini fridge FROOZE all of our left overs and drinks. There was not a do not disturb sign on the door, so i stopped at the front desk before leaving. The gentlemen stated he would let housekeeping know. Well they were in the room. All and all it was just not a great stay. We will move on to a different hotel for our visits home.
