They need to do better
The foldout couch was awful, they offered an air mattress which was better but was so big, it took up all the room in the suite. Taking it down every day was not worth the effort. Completely unnecessary. I also have never stayed anywhere d had to ask for basic amenities like Kleenex or trash pick up. This was so unclear in the booking proces.

The location/view was the best thing about this place. The interior of the rooms were very dated and the decor was tired. It didn’t feel clean. The bathrooms were really old and dirty. We were there as a family for Thanksgiving and got 5 rooms. All felt the same. We were disappointed. Also, at check in they only had 2 rooms available when we pre-paid for 4. It took over 30 minutes to check in and the communication between Expedia and Strip View Suites was poor. I don’t think I will ever return to the MGM Signature suites again.

Cons- Lack of room basic amenities like tissues, hand lotion, etc.. Housekeeping (replenish towels or coffee) is at an additional fee. This was not communicated prior to booking. We were told once we were already there that this was because these were the "private residences" we had booked and are only managed by MGM and not serviced by them. Strip view is not worth it because it's several blocks away. Pros- Tower 1 is very near the monorail, so convenient to transportation. The room itself is nice.

The property is nice and close to everywhere, we enjoyed our visit here in vegas but the property is little bit outdated and i guess the cleaner clean the room in a hurry cos i see a shoe print all over the floor and the bathtub is dirty and there’s so many white stain on the bathroom counter, but overall we enjoy this property and hopefully when we coming back they upgrade the property

Our sink was broken our entire stay - Takes a while to walk to the mgm - no coffee shop in tower 3 - to get Uber you have to walk to tower 2 - if you are looking for a quieter Vegas then this is the place for you

I called the service number as requested to get room cleaning as we needed more towels, bathroom necessities and trash service and nobody picked up or called me back during normal business hours. Then after I got a text saying how they apologize for missing my call to follow up which was way too late as we were already checking out early next day. We stood there for 3 days. The hallway cleaning service team couldn’t accommodate us as we needed to revert back to the number provided that no one picked up in the first place. It’s a nice set up but honestly, the service wouldn’t bring me back.

We booked a “two bedroom” suite which turned out to be a one bedroom apartment with a studio suite attached by a common entryway. We had three bathrooms, 2 full kitchens, storage galore. Absolutely fantastic space and so close to the Strip with good (not great) views of MGM, NY NY and more. If you need a place with space for a family or group of friends it’s a great choice.
