飯店有年紀了，但是除此之外，都還不錯。店員很好，check out 之後可以免費寄放行李。有到環球影城的接駁車，可是去回只有各1班，班次比起其他飯店來說少。飯店的位置走到環球影城CityWalk大概要25分鐘。

Close to park
It was ok, nice enough for sleeping, I felt like it's was an inconvenience when I asked any question's, Staff not friendly, but not rude. Good enough for what we wanted, place to to sleep, I wouldn't take my family vacation here tho.

Comfortable, inexpensive stay
Very clean and comfortable. Can walk to Universal Studios. It is 1 mile to the valet station where you walk up to city walk. Breakfast was redundant but nice to have. Room could use TLC like a broken tile in shower but it didn’t negatively impact our stay. Shuttle wasn’t very helpful because it ran an hour before the park opened and left at 5:30pm only. Uber was around $7 back in evening. Restaurants in area were good. Walgreens is close. Pool is underwhelming but nice to have there. The pool water temp in February was too cold for an evening swim. You def get what you pay for but I felt the value was worth it.

Just Okay?!
This wasn't one of our favorite hotels and we will most likely not book this one again. It's run down and older. The gentleman at the front desk was polite. Breakfast was just okay. Location was convenient to Universal Studios.

Great stay!!
I haven’t stayed in a Best Western hotel for awhile and I glad I chose this Hotel. The front desk were very professionals and patients with questions not only from me but other guests as well. The room service was great and provided everything that we needed (hats off to them). Also, the hotel is very close to Universal parks and they have free shuttle to the parks, even though I did not use the shuttle but I heard from other guests that it was good. I wasn’t able to eat their free breakfast, late sleeper😁, but my daughter did and she said it was good. I did tried their free 24 hour coffee and it was very good. The hotel is kept clean at all times and doesn’t smell like other ones. The bed was very comfortable and the room is very spacious. I will definitely recommend this hotel and I will stay here next time Im in Orlando.

Ótimo custo beneficio
A estadia foi muito boa. O hotel é muito bem localizado para quem vai para a universal, da para ir tranquilamente andando,mas o hotel oferece shuttle. A única reclamação é que reservamos o quarto com 2 camas queen size, mas o tamanho da cama é casal pequeno.

Overall great stay and great staff
The staff was very friendly. Rooms were tended to appropriately. We had a toilet issue that was fixed before we returned. Each time we asked for room to be cleaned, the linens were changed. Only downfall was the vent did not work in the bathroom amd when we opened the toilet top to check why it wasnt flushing, it had mold on the rim. The AC faced directly on one side of the bed making it difficult to stay warm on that side but was able to put my luggage stacked by that side to kinda block it from hitting so much.

Great universal studios location
Very clean and convenient to universal studios. We walked over the pedestrian bridge to enter the park. Super convenient and close. Less than a mile walk. Also close to a millers ale house and other eaterys. Checked in early , hassle free. Plenty of parking. Would recommend.
