I opened the sofa to find the bedding to be covered in Cheetos, Cheeto stains, shards of glass and wood chips. Just to be told to brush it off with my hand. Then was given a broom to do it myself. And then told I couldn’t get a refund because I was thru a 3rd party. But then said I could get a discount of $10 off my next room. That is not a discount. The girl at the counter said she didn’t want to keep running back n forth to serve me because she needed to do laundry???? Like what is that. Very upset with how I was handled

The room to the pool didn't need a key to get it because it didn't even have a lock, they are in the middle of a remodel so overall it was okay.

So...they said they were under construction whichbi didn't know before i reserved. The room, 229, wasn't necessarily dirty but not clean either. The blanket was disgusting & i didn't want to touch it. No iron or board, the fridge didnt work. I had to get towels & tissue. Also the tv jad no good channels. We were going to swim but didnt. The one good thing was breakfast. So other than that...i wont be back!

Yuck and yikes!
We stay at comfort in in Eastgate and Wilder Ky virtually every week or so for concerts and events. Wilder staff and location is fantastic. We always know Eastgate isnt going to be nice, but its never been this bad. We dont need fancy and normally we have a safe, clean , and basics. However, the room we were provided was 232. This room should not be occupied. Heavy mold smell. Faucet dripping with mold all over the tub. The new AC unit tells me that this room has sat with a broken ac unit while the humidity and running Faucet bred mold. Look at the outlet the AC is plugged in. BLACK mold is literraly growing out of it. The little soaps were half used, trash on the floor, and the ironing board looks like someone got in a fight with it. I have pictures but hotrls isnt allowing me to upload for somereason. All vending was sold out and they have no sundries shop.

Perfect for the Purpose
In town overnight. Pleasantly surprised with the quality. Convenient, clean, and comfortable, with an exceptionally reasonable price. Only downside was a lack of items on the breakfast buffet at 8:00 am, but at least they had hot coffee.

The room was spacious. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. The food fresh and tasty. We stayed 2 nights. There were not adequate coffee cups or drink cups and the coffee tray wasn't clean on our arrival.. No one emptied our trash after the first night or gave us fresh linens. We had to hunt someone down to provide them. The floors in the hall were needing vacuumed. The bathroom floor in our room looked like it hadn't been mopped before we arrived. Otherwise, the room was O.K.

The carpet in the room was very dirty. The shower was stained and with hair in the corners. The bed cover was also stained, and the smoke detector had been disconnected. Breakfast was good, and the front desk was very attentive! But I would definitely not stay there again.

Completely disgusting there were bugs, There was what looked like vomit in between the cushions. There was red and brown stuff smeared all over the wall, 3 inches of dust and dirt on everything, the blankets and sheets were stained bad. The shower has mold all over it. I found a bedbug bite on my back after sitting on the bed for 20 minutes, so I immediately grabbed my stuff and ran out the door Because I wasn’t trying to have all my belongings get infested. My third-party trip app contacted hotel about this and the hotel said they wouldn’t do a refund because I didn’t address the situation and ask to be moved to a new room BECAUSE I definitely wasn’t stepping back foot in that place. And sure as hell wouldn’t want a different room in the same building. Smh. I have tons of videos and pictures of this scummy place for proof.

Decent hotel.
We stayed for a concert in the area. The room was okay. No towels or wash clothes, and the nightstands had mold. The front desk workers were friendly. The next morning at 10am, as we were literally rolling or suitcase to the door, housekeeping knocks. He was not very friendly as he was trying to rush us out of the hotel.

When checking in, the concierge took forever and told us “The system is running slow, it’ll be 5-10 minutes.” He then proceeded to check-in 2 other couples that were in line after us using the same system. The entire place smelled disgusting and the carpets looked like they had not been vacuumed in months. The hallways were littered with trash, toilet paper, used Q-tips, etc. The walls in the rooms had stains on them and there was snot and hair in the sink. The bathtub looked like someone died in it. We were in town for a concert and after the concert decided there was no way we were staying there. We drove 4 hours home after a concert let out at midnight instead of staying in this dump. Oh and the cherry on top was when we stopped back at the hotel to grab our bag after the concert, a cockroach scurried across the hallway floor. This place should be shut down immediately!!!
