Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was central to all the sites. Tons of restaurants, pubs, bakeries, and coffee shops within walking distance. Grocery store next door made getting water and snacks easy and affordable. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. Only negative comment is that one of the lifts was not working so you sometimes had to wait quite a bit if you had luggage. This was really only an issue during checkout time.

Cold nights

Clean, comfortable and close to shops and other amenities. Parking was available at the local supermarket but expensive. Room heating system didn’t seem to be working and it was a cold, wet, rainy day & night. No extra blankets in the room so put on extra clothing. Check in was not until 4pm so would advise not to arrive before. There was no offer of an early check-in although one could leave one’s bags.

Pleasant 1 night stay....

Have stayed with the hotel 3 tikmes now. Very easy and quick check in. All staff, from check-in to breakfast very friendly and helpful. Parking was in the multi-storey next door, and easily accessible. Only stayed one night, but very good stay with Doubletree and would definitely stay there again.

A must staff,when in Bath

We love staying at the Doubletree, a bit expensive but phew we have Tesco vouchers. Rooms are comfy, staff are friendly. Food is reasonable prices, alcohol not so, but it is Bath. They did struggle with the breakfast, a bit short of staff. There were no tomato's, no Alpen or the nuts. The bacon was strangely folded in half and way under cooked, still a cracking breakfast though. The major moan is the parking, £36 for 2 nights.

Dear Hilton DoubleTree Team, I wanted to take a moment to thank your team for a warm and welcoming stay. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the staff were friendly and professional throughout. I also truly appreciated the thoughtful surprise arranged in the room for my wife’s birthday, it made the experience feel very special. However, I did want to share some feedback so it can be reviewed for future improvement. Unfortunately, the coffee machine’s water holder was damaged and leaked onto my laptop and important papers, which was inconvenient. There was also a persistent mechanical or lift noise during the night, and a car revving outside in the early hours that made it difficult to rest. Additionally, the shower head was loose and kept detaching from the pipe. I wanted to highlight these points not as complaints, but as feedback from a loyal Hilton guest who genuinely enjoys your hotels and the great service you’re known for. We always choose Hilton DoubleTree for special occasions because of the reliability and comfort it offers, and I’d love to continue doing so. Given the issues experienced during this stay, I would really appreciate it if you could consider a goodwill gesture or discount toward a future visit. We’d love the opportunity to return and experience the stay as it’s meant to be — relaxed, comfortable, and worry free. Lovely hotel in a great location

Really enjoyed our weekend stay here. The location is excellent - only 10 minutes walk from most of the sights. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable with a good shower. Breakfast was very good. Although the hotel doesn't have it's own parking, the Podium car park is right next door.
