I stayed for two nights, the first night was okay, the second night was very bad, I saw cockroaches in the room, it was very noisy upstairs at 5 in the morning, I couldn't sleep well, and there was no one at the front desk in the morning, and I had to wait for a long time at the front desk

Customer service
Front entry had an odor. There were a bunch of Amazon packages and envelopes behind counter and on counter. Facility in need of updating. There was one one once bottle of shampoo and no cream rinse. I always carry a blow dryer and every time the hotel had one. This time I decided not to take it and there was not one in room asked at desk and she said no we don’t carry them. Breakfast not desirable. Went down at 7:10 there was not even coffee yet. First Extended Stay where we did not feel welcome or comfortable. Poor customer service. Felt they cheeped out on no blow dryer (even if at desk) and poor breakfast. Not worth cost

Advertisd breakfast but they had nothing except black coffee and oatmeal. No cream, juice, muffins, etc. Frankie at the front desk was great. Very friendly and helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at Extended Stay America Premier Suites in Tampa Fairgrounds/Casino. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. I arrived earlier than the standard check-in time, and they were incredibly accommodating, allowing me to check in early without any hassle—such a thoughtful touch that made my trip much easier! The room and property were both spotless, which I truly appreciated. It’s clear they take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and it made my stay that much more comfortable. On top of that, the price was very reasonable for the quality of service and amenities offered. It’s hard to beat the value you get here. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a convenient, affordable, and well-maintained place to stay in Tampa!
