Convenient but need repair
The first room assigned to me is of no air condtioning, which is excessively hot in day time. Upon request, the hotel change one with air conditioning, but at a lower floor with internal view on the reception hall. The room decoration is of simple type and acceptable. But a number of room facilities like door lock, light bulbs need repair.

Trip and you’re in the arena!
A few minor issues with shampoo bottle not dispensing and tv not getting service but the staff weren’t friendly and incredibly quick sorting the problems. Couldn’t ask for better service. A great lobby area where we met as a group to sit and chat when one room wasn’t big enough for us all. Would visit again. So handy for the arena. Literally across the road!

Close to Utilita Arena.
Arena is just on the other side of the road. Perfect if you wantt to see a show or stay close to city center. Room was clean and very spacious. Had a little problem with toilet and bath, but ok it got solved. Friendly staff.

Really nice reception staff Impressive large industrial style lobby Good value proper breakfast Right next to John Lewis Own car park underneath - first come first served. Tired room - clean but needed a refurb. One of just 2 lift cars was out of order. Fire alarm went off twice - during the day luckily.

suck a shame
we stayed here and was a little disappointed. the reception area was lovel but the problems started in the room. there was hair in the bath tub, the bath always gilled up when taking a shower ( to the point we'd be standing ankle depth in wster when ever we showered) the shower kept going hot and cold whilst i was using it. the lights in the room didnt work properly they would flicker or go off altogether. there were marks all over the duvet including what looked like blood. the room was cold and you can hear every noise from outside including people talking even though the window was closed. it is such a shame as the location was great.
