Gross Wyndham should be ashamed
Anyway I can send you a video of the loud stomping that we had to hear above us for the entire 2 days? I didn’t request cleaning for the second day but I did ask for extra towels and they were so rude about it. There are chicks of wall missing in the room. A soak and wet carpet by the jacuzzi. Cobwebs in the room. Curtains pinned to the wall with thumbtacks. I had to clean the jacuzzi because it was not cleaned.

Room nice; bathroom not nice.
The room was nice but the bathroom was not nice: grout was awful around the tub, especially. I think mold is around the tub because I got a headache in the middle of the night. The floor under the sink was dirty. The light was terrible for putting on makeup. Took at least 5 minutes for the water in the shower to get hot so I was almost done in the shower by the time the water got hot. Finally, there was no fan in the bathroom.

Michigan is wonderful the hotel lobbiest was amazing with a great pool accomodations. Our bathroom sink handle came off and there was no screen in our window.

Horrible.
Got into the room beds were not changed or made from previous people, crusty old pizza left behind on table trashs were full, TV was left on remote wrapped up in the bedding of one of the beds. Bathroom not cleaned. Got a different room which was cleaner than the previous one but bed sheets covered in stains and just gross overall. Definitely won't be staying again.

Not horrible
Staff was extremely nice. Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Long hair in towles (my hair is short). Breakfast was BAD. Phone in room didn't work so I had to use my cellphone to reach front desk or walk down. Not a horrible stay because the staff is really nice. Felt more like a motel.

Pool and hot tun not in service for all of our 4 day stay. Elevator was out of service Fri and Sat. Hotel is clean and rooms are comfortable. Carpet in lobby and halls is threadbare and needs replacement

Not that great
Room was not how I expected for the price I paid and it had a jetted pool. The carpets where stained and ripped the toilet paper holder was barely holding on together and was old and the bed covers looked old and stained

Another pool out of order. Always the night before
Family weekend with swimming for kids Except pool and hot tub were both out of order. I called ahead to make sure they were in working condition and was told they were.but they were not working Had just gone out of order the "night before." Talked to other people who had also checked one day ahead..same story. Im starting to think this is not always the truth We would have gone somewhete else but there was a big event in town and there was noplace else to go I have always booked through hotel.com but If the hotels are not meeting the standards may have to book somewhere else. It seems like there would be a way to notify guests of problems in advance We had four rooms booked and this was the only time we could all meet until next year Was not a pleasant weekend

My grandkids and I visit this location often. It’s the first time so many people enjoyed the pool area. It was like we were at the beach with family and friends. It was amazing. Thanks for helping our stay to be the best yet!
