Good location near the beach and a nice pool area. Helpful staff. Otherwise the hotel did not meet our expectations, it is older and worn, maximum three stars and it is very expensive in relation to the standard. Expensive breakfast. We will not return.

Great location but very tired old property
Best location. Brialliant staff all round. But the property is so old and jaded. Nothing feels comfortable- the bed, shower, finished spaces all tired and outdated. Only plus is the people and that we could see the fireworks from our balcony on nye.

Paid for a "Luxury" studio unit and got a room no bigger than a bedroom. No blankets just a coverlet and sheet, no extra pillows, soap dispensers all empty, bathroom was old and tiny, no parking in building and had to park blocks away, had to pay a $200 security deposit upfront that was unexpected. Overall if you pay for a luxury apartment you expect to get it.

We loved the location. It was away from the hustle and hustle but close walking distance to everything, including public transport.

Your reception staff needs good guest service lectures. I did not expect this level of guest service from Accor. During our stay we came across few unhelpful reception staff with a surprising attitude. Did not provide good guest service to anyone as I noticed them during our stay whenever we pass by reception. The reception team is unhelpful and seems indifferent to assisting guests. Only one Asian receptionist was attentive and provided excellent service; the rest appeared casual and disinterested in supporting guests.
