DO NOT STAY HERE
The hotel was in a terrible location. Smelled of weed and had barely any parking. The room we had we checked and the window was open. Took a bit to ger it closed and secured. Room was dirty but they were full so couldnt switch. Bed sheets had stains. The area was super sketchy had people in back of hotel where you had to park due to limited parking trying to ask for money. Do not go outside here alone. Very horrible experience especially for over $100 a night.

Clean except for the air
The room was fine, but I had to ask for a different room because it reeked of cigarette smoke. My second room- you could smell smoke but. Not anywhere near as bad. The hallway at times, more than once reeked of marijuana smoke. For an explicitly stated non smoking hotel it doesn’t come close. There were a lot of people living there- not day to day guests.

The customer service was great and the room was clean just outdated. The bed was comfortable and they serviced the room every morning. Breakfast was hot but the fruit was old and in need of replacement. The coffee was a great start to a cold snowy day. Plenty of nearby restaurants and access to the expressway.

Pitiful Hotel.
Our family didn’t end up staying here due to the hotel not looking like the pictures that are posted. One room smelled like smoke, and this hotel is supposed to be a smoke-free hotel. The paint was chipped off the walls. Outlets were weak like they were about to fall out of the wall. When walking down the hallway pass the vending machine and ice machine area, there were clothes on the floor between the two machines like a homeless person may stay there. They did offer to move us to another room. We got to that room and the window wouldn’t close completely. It was a more updated room but the outlets were loose in the room as well. The hotel has no elevator. The reason for the 5-stars was because the owner asked me to give the hotel a 5-star rating, but this hotel doesn’t deserve not even a 1-star rating.

The mattress was hard, it made a loud noise from the bed frame being metal. The pillows were thin. No coffee maker in the room.

It’s one guy at the front desk that’s is semi rude to me and charge for pet when he charges no one else and I been here weeks the hotel is clean and other staff is friendly it’s just that one guy he told someone I get on his nerves

Average Hotel
It was an ok stay. Nothing stands out either good or bad. It was an average older hotel. It wasn’t what I expected from a Baymont. It was a room with a bed and bathroom.

Quiet but dirty
It was a quiet hotel but the room was not very clean. There was dried toothpaste all over the bathroom door, a lighter intwined in the sheets my daughter found (she’s 7) when she pulled back the sheets, and the toilet paper roll had some nasty brown dots on it throughout the whole roll so we threw it away. The beds were not comfortable AT ALL, and the pool was very cold!

Maybe if it's your last choice...
It was a warm place to sleep and thats all the good I have to say. The bed was uncomfortable for me. The tub was stained, toliet seat had cigarette burns. A smell in the hallway something between smoke and mildew. The parking lot is so shady and scary, especially being alone. There wasn't much light and people was walking around all night. Luckily I could see my vehicle out the window, not that I could've done anything. Lol Next time I'm visitng, I will look past this hotel.

Heavy weed and cigarette smoke smell
The front staff is very friendly. The rooms are cleaned and bed comfortable. HOWEVER, it is labeled as “NON SMOKING”, on the hallways, and the entrance the smell of smoke and weed was unbearable. Woke up in the middle of the night couple of times, due to the strong weed smell. Not pleasant at all and when someone suffers from asthma it is not safe or healthy. The breakfast room is unattended, and kids go in without any adult supervision.

It was overly furnished. And the room smelled awful.. as for the peace it was loud and was woken up multiple times by more permanent guests running up and down the hallway and slamming doors.

This hotel is way more dated than the photos show. It was loud all through the night and there were people in the parking lot all through the night blasting music from their cars. At breakfast there was an altercation between management and a man over whether he was a guest or not. The man continued to stay a yell profanities in front of our small children.

Awful. Don’t waste your money. Description said we got two queen size beds and they were full beds, the shower had no liner just a curtain, the tub was dirty, the “clean” towels smelled like they were never washed, shady activity going on outside of the hotel. THE WORST PART: we got back from our outing at 12:30 am for bed (with our two kids) I never got my son to bed till 3:30 am because the room above us was SO loud and throwing a party, our room reeked of weed, kids screaming in the hallway all hours of the early morning, smoking defiantly done in the hotel.
