The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable as was the room temperature. Very convenient to DuPont and all it has to offer.

Good Value, Great Area
The hotel was a good value. The rooms are small, but there are 2 beds which very comfortable. The room ad hotel were clean. The parking was inexpensive for the DC area. The room and hotel are in a very nice area, north of Dupont Circle. The only drawbacks is that they dont have a kitchen, so no full breakfast. And the room smelled of humidity, maybe dehumidifier for a couple of days will fix that.

Room had a funny almost sewage like smell when i first entered. Eventually became accustomed to it. Water pressure in shower was not very good. Room felt dingy.
Heater did nit work properly, had to turn whole system off since it would continue heating . I had it set to 72 and it climbed to 79 before i turned it off cause the room was too hot.

Concert getaway
Great staff and nice room. Liked the wine hour from 5-6. Great location, excellent, safe valet parking. The staff couldn’t be friendlier. We will be back again, the next time we travel to DC

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times. When I arrived last night, the receptionist completely ignored me and didn’t even acknowledge my presence. I waited about five minutes and finally ask her if I could check in. Only then, did she stop doing what she was doing and told me to “wait a minute“. I continued to wait until finally she rudely asked me for my drivers license and a credit card. She finally checked me in, gave me my key card and told me about the breakfast options.
The rest of the stay was uneventful. The receptionist certainly needs some customer service skills.
