We actually had two stays.
The first stay was April 16th-18th on our way to Florida's Panhandle. My husband is handicapped and required rest. We arrived to find out there was no one to help with our luggage. This was a huge problem as I stated before, my husband is handicapped and I had to leave our suit cases in the car and using the luggage cart, go up and down the elevator to get what we needed out of the suitcases. This was repeated when we checked out. The room did not present with any serious issues. However, the tub was patched up but was left incomplete. The lining that was put in the tub was coming up. We were told there was an a/c remote in the room. There was no remote. On April 25th we returned for our second stay on our way home. Why? Because the reservation was non-refundable at this point. Same issue with the luggage. It was obvious that the hotel
needs work. There are several area that display efforts of patch work, but not on a professional level.
In room 104 a hole in the bathroom wall was patched up. However, it was not sanded down and repainted. Tacky. Also, the tub has a paper lining that was coming up in the front. The nob in the closet ceiling has what appears to be dead bugs all over it. The floor has a serious dip in it which makes it uneven.
My husband had to manurvered himself around it as best he could with his walker. Again, no remote control for the a/c. The back stairway area was dirty. We will not return to this hotel.
