L’hôtel est propre et les chambres sont bien mais il est situé sur une voie rapide et il n’y a presqu’aucune isolation des fenêtres et des chambres en général. Nous avons du supporter le bruit des voitures et des passants toute la nuit

Room was noisy at the front overlooking a main highway. Hotel bar was closed on a Saturday evening due to a member of staff not showing up. But it is a convenient location for the port and also local sights. V good breakfast.

Good location (almost)... two details l didnt like
The hotel has good (geographical) location, very near the old town and just around the docks. But there is an inconvenient that follows the great location. If your room is facing the city it becomes very noisy at night and it might/will affect your sleep because the hotel is located just beside a noisy motorway and it is not possible to isolate the sound. Two miscomunication details struck me negatively. The parking place. I was not informed in advance that I had to reserve the parking slot, so I assumed I would have a lot to park in. But no. I just could use (pay) the hotel's parking space during two nights since another guest had already reserved it. The room key cards. I lost one of the three cards we got. My bad. But it didn’t seem a big issue, (as a frequent traveler I have lost a room key before). I was charged 15 Euro for that card. I mean, it is totally ok to pay for it, but it would be a good idea to be advised of the price/fine for loosing a key card in advance.

Great location. Excellent rooms and service.
The street and view is not fancy but the rooms , service and everything was excellent. Very convenient to all tourist sites. The only negative was the so so breakfast. Great soundproofing blocking traffic outside.

Bon hôtel
Bon séjour, personnel agréable, la chambre est moderne, et décorée avec goût, le petit déjeuner est compris dans le prix de la chambre (pas beaucoup de choix, mais ce qui était proposé était suffisant). Le seul bémol : la douche fuyait.

4 dagar i Palermo / E & V
Rent hotell och vänlig personal. Hotellet ligger nära marinan med trevliga restauranger men också med gångavstånd till de flesta av stans sevärdheter. Det förekommer lite oväsen från trafiken, men har man använt sina ben tillräckligt mycket dagtid för att utforska Palermo, så kan man sova gott.

I don’t think this is a hotel. More like a motel. Only the first floor of the building is rooms and the entire building is residential apartments. You can hear a very loud noise from the room if you have a room next to the main road. In the evening you can hear upstairs residents walking noise. The room is clean however somehow there was no hot water during the stay. It was my second day and the engineer came to the room to check the issue. Also, one thing I don't really like is the receptionist questions about your place of birth which is weird. When I asked her/him they said they couldn't find it on Google. I was like why were they searching and checking customers' personal privacy? They said it's the police required to put the place of birth. Ok, first time have had this kind of experience in my life since travelling around the world.
